awww shucks, will try, guess I'll have to prove it as well will take iPhone into gym and get training partner to snap a shot of either me holding them up or me on my back all bent and twisted ... all for your amusement you're welcome!

Yeah but it worked!

We went up 20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg! Held back on 30's and 40's for 8 clean reps only before trying the 50;s

P.B is now 50kg seated dumbbell press. I did 4 on my own and 2 assisted, then drop-set to 40kg (for a miserable 2) then drop-set to 30kg for 6 reps.

Now I was going to get my training partner to take the photo but I wasn;t sure or committed enough to know I would be able to do even 1 rep. So rather than have him take a photo as I failed (people in the gym was looking) I opted to take a photo of the weights on the floor instead.

Other pic is from last set of seated rear-delt raises to finish off an excellent shoulder workout, presses, raises, cables, bars, dbells - look forward to some pain tomorrow bring it on!

Often overlooked, rear delts cap off the v-taper in the back making it appear wider :-)

Today I trained back and abs today plus the gym was a bit cool compare to yesterday when it was hot.Started off with

Front lat pull down 5x6-8 84kg,84kg,84kg,84kg,84kg

Assisted close grip pull ups 5x6-8 25,25,25,25,25 all in pounds

Bentover alternating DB row 5x6-8 80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg or 40kg in each hand

BB row with knuckels facing down 5x6-8 90kg,90kg,90kg,90kg,90kg

Superset reverse cruches with crunches 4x15 with 30 second rest between sets. That was the first time that I have ever done superset for abs by the the third and four set my abs were screaming.Plain on going for a 20 to 30 miunte hill on Saturday depending on the weather that's if the weather good if not I will drag myself to the gym to do cardio.GYM RAT BABY!

Yes I want to do the fliming on the morning of the sevens plus I have got a kick ass seat for the sevens I will be the alcochal free zone which is on the field level.Were are you siting for the sevens GA?

Im sitting in aisle 7. You will be stuffed after a workout then the sevens then a night out at courtney place! :)

I wont be having a night on Courtney Place on Friday but may do that on Saturday.In the past I have trained before I go to the sevens.I just got some fan mail from OZ a guy on Facebook from across the Tasman enjoys reading my journal.

No weights today just cardio.I went for 30 minute hill walk plus it was good while I was out for my 30 minute hill walk I was thinking thank god I did not go for 30 minute hill walk when it was very warm.I might do some poseing after I train with Biggurl.I am feeling a bit sore today after yesterday when I give my back and abs a good ass kicking yeterday plus that is a good thing.GYM RAT!
