Rest day no weights plus this past week I have done bugger all cardio expect for walking up street which is on hill.Nice to see that Austraila is getting a very good :smackbottom: from South Africa after Aussie lost six wickets on the first day of third test from the SCG .I hope South Africa can get the four reamaing Aussie wickets before lunch on day two roll on legs.GYM RAT BABY!

Today was the first day of my new programe I trained legs today started off with

BB squats 1x10 100kg,5x6-8 180kg,180kg,180kg,180kg,180kg

Deadlifts 5x6-8 120kg,120kg,120kg,120kg,120kg

DB step ups 5x6-8 5x8 50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg

DB walking lunges 5x6-8 60kg,60kg,60kg,60kg,60kg

Superset leg extenions with lying leg curls 5x6-8 leg extenions114kg,114kg,114kg,114kg,114kg,lying leg curls 73kg,73kg,73kg,73,73kg

Standing calfs raise 4x6-8 300,300,300,300, all in pounds

When I finshed training I thought to myself I think I will need a zimmer frame for the next three or four days :pfft: training was good roll on chest and biceps.GYM RAT BABY!

Yes I do deadlifts on leg day or when I train back it varys from time to time that if my trainer has put in deadlifts in my program for back and I known what I will have for the next three or four days a case of extreame TAS.

For my programe this time around for weeks one two five sets of 6-8 expect for when I do ezy bar 21's and standing calfs raise and for weeks three and four five sets of 10 to 12 reps,standing calfs raise four sets of 10-12 reps.Biggurl if you are out there I plain on doing some major ass kicking when I train with you.

Decline fly's 5x6-8 50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg

BB bench press 5x6-8 90kg,90kg,90kg,90kg,90kg

cable cross overs 5x6-8 180,180,180,180,180 all in pounds

BB curls 5x6-8 26.5kg,26.5kg,26.5kg,26.5kg.26.5kg,26.5kg

Just as about when I was about to ezy bar 21's the battery in my Ipod when flat on me oh shit 4x21's 31kg,31kg,31kg,31

hammer curls 5x6-8 50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg or one 25kgDB in each hand.Today in one more mounth untill Gym rat the movie gets filmed.Roll on cardio plus it will be my first cardio of 2009. GYM RAT BABY!

Not to sure who will be doing the editing for my film me training in sevens costume I think not but I was thinking of having footage of me making my way to the caketin.If guys got any suggestions for music for my film by all means post up suggestions. I will start the list off

No weight just cardio also my first cardio since December 27th it went well today I did half hour on the bike on hill mode level six. After cardio I did some streaching. I bought myself some creatine. I thought about buying the Balance Micronised creatine I thought na I will flag and just stick with what I am using.Roll on shoulders and tricpes also tomorrow will be the first time ever that I will be doing tri sets.If any of guys of done tri sets I would be keen to hear your thoughts on tri sets.GYM RAT!
