Today was the last day of my currnet program before I start my new program on Monday \:D/ .I trained back and abs started off with.

One arm DB row 4x8 42.5kg,45kg,47.5kg,50kg

cable row underhand grip using a lat pulldown bar 4x10 70kg,72kg,79kg,86kg

Iso lateral row 4x6 120kg,125kg,128kg,130kg

bb row with knucles facing down 12,10,8 80kg,84kg,88kg failure 50kg

reverse crunches 4x20

I have been trying think of a phrase for when I do my cardio on Wednesday at Saturday.If any of you guys can think of phrase for when I do cardio by all means feel free to post it.GYM RAT BABY.

I have a couple for my LOOOOONNNGGGGG runs:

'It's not gonna hurt any worse than it is now'- which is true

'Just to that next tree/lamp post/whatever' then I keep doing that till I have run as far as I planned.

To take my mind off it completely blasting the ipod with metal always works.

gymrat mike hunt is a mean bodybuilder!! evyrone will think u are a cool guy if u are a fan of his and say this real lous and fast... u have to fast though becasue u are runing fast on the cardio machines so u gotta do both things fast

Today was the first day of my new program and I trained legs started off with

Regular squats 1x12 100kg 4x8 140kg,150kg,170kg,180kg

bb stiff leg deadlifts 4x8 70kg,80kg,90kg,100kg

lying leg curls 4x8 66kg,73,79kg,82kg

DB lunges 4x8 20kg,45kg,50kg,55kg

leg extensions 4x8 93kg,100kg,107kg,114kg or the hole stack

standing calf's raise 4x8 210,225,255,270 all in pounds

GYM RAT BABY roll on chest and biceps.

Training was great today I trained chest and biceps started off with incline bench 4 x8 60kg,64kg,70kg,70kg

decline bench 4x8 62kg,70kg,77kg,80kg

bench press 60kg,70kg,78kg,78kg

DB curls 4x8 20kg's,22.5kg's, 25kg's ,25kg's

ezy bar curls 4x8,29kg,33kg,35kg,38kg

preacher curls 4x8 29kg,33kg,35kg,38kg

When i finished training I forgot to bring a towel with me to the gym to have a shower after training so I had to have a shower at work.GYM RAT BABY.Thank The Gus for your support.

No weights today just cardio three minutes into my cardio the bike that I was using decided to reset it's self for some odd reason :roll: which I thought was odd so I end doing half hour on the cross trainer instead.Roll on shoulders and triceps GYM RAT BABY.
