Smith machine shoulder press 1x10 50kg, 3x6 80kg,83kg,85

DB shoulder press 27.5kg's,27.kg's,30kg's,32.5kg's

Super set bent over lateral with lateral raises 4x6 17.5kg's,17.5kg's,17.5kg's,17.5kg's same weight for lateral raises

DB triceps extenion 4x6 40kg's,40kg's,42.5kg's,42.5kg's

One arm cable triceps press down 3x6 50,60,70 all in pounds

Dips 3x25

Roll on cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!

The bus system in Dunedin is good plus when I hear the price of petrol gose up I think thank god I do not my drivers licence.

and dunedin breathes a sigh of relief safe in the fact that gym rat doesn't have a drivers licence. :grin:
