Not to sure Soundsgood.When I see any of the pro prgrams weather it may be for chest or what ever that be I email it off to my trainer also I do the as well if see anythingh that I would like to try from Flexonline but I am not going to try the 1000 reps for legs I would need to glue a bucket on to a zimmer frame :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: .

you wanna be a pro youll have to get on the juice gymrat!

and good luck with the 1000 reps lol i failed badly first attempt.... but ill give it another shot

No weights just cardio for half on the bike level seven while I was doing my cardio I had thought which is while I am in Aucks I will have to be very carefull including lunch hour on Queen St so I dont end up getting mobed by lots of hot women then I would start to feel very :shifty:.GYM RAT BABY!!!!

While I was getting ready to go to war Gym Rat Style I heard a German ax cent in the men's changing room at my gym .I thought it be best not to mention the war.Question for you guys Do you know of any good web sites were I can download some good hard out heavy metal for my Ipod? In the mean I will continue with my current program until I get my new program sometime this week from my trainer roll on chest and biceps.GYM RATAT BABY!!!!

Thought about adding a couple of 5kg plates each side for the last set of 21's. I thought no flag it I will stick with what I use roll on cardio. GYM RAT BABY!!!
