The Warriors and Broncos game is at 7:30 on radio sport Luigi. I have started planing for my next film also slowy thinking of ideas for my next which is GYM RAT 2 THE ASSULT ON AUCKLAND plus my next film is going to more bad ass then the first one.Soundsgood will be producing it but all need is a camera person to film my movie.

The Canes got stuffed around by the ref because the ref made some bad calls.Highlanders won what ever and I dont give a toss about the Highlanders wining big deal :roll: :roll:

Rest day today no weights no cardio. I had to take part in earth hour last night which was boring or like watching paint.I got four out of six right for the rugby this week hopefully I start going good in picks again compare to the past few weeks when I have been going crap.I am going to update my weights for weeks one to three for my program roll on legs.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!!!!

Yeah the bulls were definitely beatable. The canes just insisted on keeping the ball in the forwards instead of passing it out to hosea gear and david smith.

Its a pity your team doesnt even want to play in your city!

you're not wrong GA, but like most things it all comes down to money! they had a decent crowd, but any profit was squandered by orfu reps taking a 4 day weekend to go to the game :evil:

the highlanders managed to compete up front which gave good ball for the backs. unlike the game against the canes wher both sides matched up front, the highlanders didn't have the fire power out wide or game breakers to combat the canes. still think the canes are at least semi material if they string things together consistantly

No weights today just cardio for half hour the bike.Yesterday I ordered a 1.5kg tub of balance whey off one of my co workers at yesterday my order will be hear by Friday yippee roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!!!!!

I am happy losing two inches of my wast going from 35 inches to 33 in a mounth also from all that cardio have been or feeling the burn in my ass.My trainer is pleased with that I am going deep in my squats.

I just about had a meltdown yesterday or :madman: because my energy levels were feeling shit plus I was finding it hard to work hard as well roll on cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!!!! I just thought of this cool idea for my next film which is I could do some posing on top of North Head depending on the weather what do guys reckon?

I finshed updating my weights and send them off to my trainer this time around I have asked for Ronnie Coleman chest work out and Ronnie Coleman triceps work out which I got out of a issue of Flex mag which I have cant recall which issue of Flex that I got out. I normaly ask my trainer to put any of the pro's work out in my programs depending on the number of excerises like three or four also depnding on which muscle group it is.

Not to sure Soundsgood.When I see any of the pro prgrams weather it may be for chest or what ever that be I email it off to my trainer also I do the as well if see anythingh that I would like to try from Flexonline but I am not going to try the 1000 reps for legs I would need to glue a bucket on to a zimmer frame :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: .
