For my new shorts I was thinking yellow and black shorts to go along with my famous Gym Rat gears.If you guys have any other suggestion in the way of new shorts my all means feel to post them up.

my nephews under 7yrs team could beat the cheetahs :nod:

the hurricanes have a wealth of talent and until recently have been under achieving, i think they are a good pick for the title this year but time will tell

Today was the first day for my new program start off with

BB squats 1x10 60kg,4x6 115kg,115kg,115kg,115kg

Hack squats 4x10 120kg,120kg,120kg,120kg

Single one leg press 4x6 80kg,80kg,100kg,100kg

Lunges on to a step 3x6 80,80kg,80kg or 40kg in each hand for all of the three sets

Seated leg curls 4x6 107kg,107kg,107,107kg

calf press 4x6 290kg,290kg,290kg,290kg

guys you will be proud of me I went deep and parallel for my squats.Plus I came up with new quote to add to my list of quotes which is time to get my ass to the ground Gym Rat style meaning going parallel for squats.I was thinking when I was leaving the gym man I could use a zimmer frame asp :pfft: :pfft: roll on chest and biceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!!!

BB incline bench press 1x10 60kg 4x6 90kg,90kg,90kg,90

BB bench press 4x6 105kg,105kg,105kg,105kg

Decline fly's 4x6 30kg's,30kg's,30kg's,30kg's

Cable cross over 3x6 102,102,102 51 pounds on each side

Overhead cable curls4x6 66,66,66,66 33 pounds on each side

Incline DB hammer curls 4x6 27.5kg',27.5kg's,27.5kg',27.5kg's

Ez bar 21's 4x21's 39kg,39kg,39kg,39kg

I am bit sore from doing legs also going deep in squats yesterday as well also I have case of TAS roll on cardio.My co workers at have seen my film and they thought my film was good.GYM RAT BABY!!!

No weights today just cardio I did half an hour on the treadmill .While I was doing my cardio there were a few hot chicks in front of me on the cross trainers which made me a bit :shifty: roll on shoulders and triceps. GYM RAT BABY!!!!
