I trained shoulders and triceps today started off with a light set up DB shoulder press before moving on to

Tri Set 4x6-8 60kg,60kg,60kg,60kg or 30kg in each hand for all of the four sets Standing Lateral raise 30kg,30kg,30kg,30kg or 15 kg in each hand

bent over DB lateral raises 30kg,30kg,30kg,30kg or 15kg in each hand

Hammer shoulder press 4x6-8 50kg,60kg,70kg,75kg New PB \:D/

Body weight dips 4x10

Skull crushers with ezy bar 4x6-8 41kg,41kg,41kg,41kg new pb \:D/

straight bar triceps push down 4x6-8 51kg,51kg,51kg,51kg.

Roll on back,abs cardio or time to terminate the extra body fat.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!

I trained back and abs plus cardio as well

Started off with body weight chin ups 4x6-8

Close grip cable row 4x6-8 91kg,93kg,100kg,107kg new pb \:D/

One arm DB row 4x6-8 42.5kg,47.5kg,50kg,55kg

bent over bb row with knuckles facing down 4x6-8 93kg,98kg,100kg,105kg

Super set reverse crunches with crunches 4x15 with 30 second rest between sets finished off half hour on the bike level seven.I will be getting a new program shortly not to sure what will be on it also I will be getting a new plain as well to help terminate the extra body fat that I am carrying just now so when I come up Auckland in July for the filming of Gym Rat 2 the assault on Auckland it will be a lean mean and very buff Gym Rat.Roll on cardio or time to terminate the extra body fat.GYM RAT BABY!!!

I plain staying at one of backpackers in the CBD area when I come to Auckland in July not to sure yet which one. One that is with in walking distance to Les Mills on Victoria St etc.

Rest day no weights and no cardio.My weight is the same as last mounth 97kg.I am going to ami for 100kg it will take me a while to get up because of the size of me being a lean built was plaining going along to the State 20/20 cricket final today between the Otago Volts and the Canterbury Wizards because of the weather be wet or crap in other words on the bright side at least I get my money back roll on legs.GYM RAT BABY!!!!!!!
