Not so sure you'll find the grass any greener in another city GR!! All local councils make decisions that their consistuents disagee with - apparently it's called living in a democracy!

Dunedin is a great town - I love going there......for holidays!

My mum thinks bodybuilding is gross but think what ever when my mum says that plus my mum buys most of my food expect for cans of tuna and salmon and also my supplements I have to pay for those.I am going share with guys this messsage which I wrote on the Otago Daily times web site after the Otago reginal council vote for the stadium title what happend to demorcary I feel very ashemed to be a citzen of this city because of the DD and the ORC both giving the green light for the stadium.I am going to turn my back on Otago rugby and the Highalnders thanks to the DCC and the ORC and I plain on this city because of the stadium.One thingh I would like toknow is what happened to democracy in this city.Yesterday before I went to work when I went looking for a new wallet guys you will be proud me which is a did the fingers to the town hall because of the DCC giving the green light for the stadium.I plain on coming up Auckland at some stage but I am not to sure when guess I will have to keep a eye for any speicals on the Air NZ web site.

I was rapt with getting eight reps with a 100kg BB row \:D/

Super set reverse crunches with crunches 4x15 with 30 seconds rest between sets.Roll on cardio or time to feel the burn in my ass.GYM RAT BABY!!!

I am going start doing three cardio sessions per week now instead of two.From what I notice in the photos of me on Facebook I was carrying extra body fat.Doing cardio after legs would be out if did do cardio after legs I would need to be in wheel chair for a week :pfft: :pfft: because my legs would be bloody dam sore.
