hack squats 4x10 180kg,180kg,180kg,180kg

leg extensions 4x6 125,125kg,125kg,125kg

lying leg curls 4x10 200,200,200,200 all in pounds

rotary calf press 95kg,95kg,95kg,95kg the whole stack.

Mean leg workout there GR!

Hey GR yeah it was hot as!! Your 1 leg press was 40x10, 60x10, 80x10, 80x10 and squats were 180kgs for 4 sets and your hacks were 120x10 for 4 sets so you are cutting yourself short there mate. You doubled most of my weights but I'm glad I whipped your ass on the 1 legged press :pfft:

Shit that right my weights were that but I am still out of it from recovery mode from the sevens plus hitting Courtney place after the sevens on Saturday.That cool with me Biggurl you sure did kick my ass on one leg press because of you using the Super pump.

Nar that was the SizeOn today, I was trying out the SuperPump 250 on Friday morning or maybe that was the Rampage :roll: can't remember :grin: All very good. Thinking the SuperPump 250 might be a goer. Will post your pics up tonight, got a crap PC here at work.

I trained chest and biceps before I fly back to Dunedin later on today it was super hot in Les Mills extreame just like yesterday.Started off with DB incline bench press 1x10 60kg or 30kg in each hand 4x6-8 70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg or 35kg in each hand

DB decline bench pres 4x6-8 80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg or 40kg in each hand

Iso bench press 4x6-8 80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg

flat bench flys 4x6-8 50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg or 25kg in each hand

BB biceps curls 4x6-8 30kg,30kg,30kg,30kg

DB biceps curls 50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg or 25 kg in each hand

standing biceps cable curls 4x6-8 9,9,9,9 not to sure if the weight stack was in pounds or in kgs

My legs were fealing it walking up the stairs and also the same for going down the stairs.Gym Rat baby!!!!!!!!!

No weights today just cardio I did half on the bike also I was thinking why did I bother to come back to hell Dunedin.I should of just stayed up in Wellington.I am thinking of moving up there because I have had enough of living in Dunedin because of the way that thinghs have been going down the tubes thanks to the ugly thick head muppets and as for Dunedin can go to hell roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!

I trained shoulders and triceps plus I am fully recovered from the sevens or massive weekend in Wellys started of with a light set of DB shoulder press for ten reps before moving on to tri sets

4x6-8 DB shoulder press 55kg,55kg,55kg,55kg or 27.5kg in each hand

standing lateral raises 25kg,25kg,25kg,25kg or 12.5kg in each hand

Bent over lateral raises 12.5kg,12.5kg,12.5kg,12.5kg

Hammer shoulder press 4x6-8 70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg

Body weight dips 4x10

Skull crushers 4x6-8 39kg,39kg,39kg,39kg

Straight bar triceps push down 4x6-8 97,97,97,97 the whole stack

There was lots of grunting and yelling or going to war Gym Rat style plus I got some strange looks for other members at Personal trainers at my gym which I thought was good for a :lol: :pfft:.Roll on back and abs.GYM RAT BABY.Things got even worse in Dunedin yesterday the Otago Regional council also voted in favor of the stadium and I thinking why did I bother to come back to Dunedin?I should have just stayed in Wellys as far as Dunedin goes Dunedin can go to hell thanks to the very dumb ulgy muppets who run Dunedin.

It is to late now thanks to the thick ulgy dumb ass muppets who run Dunedin also I have turned my back on Otago rugby and the Highlanders because they will be playing in the stadium and I have jumped on to the Hurricanes band wagon.
