I trained chest and biceps today plus the gym was a lot cooler today which was nice for a change compare to when it as been super hot when I started my work.I notice that BB incline bench was broken :doh: so I started off with

DB incline bench press 1x10 40kg 20kg in each hand 5x10-12 60kg,60kg,60kg,60kg,60kg or 30kg in each hand

BB bench press 5x10-12 80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg

decline flys 5x10-12 45kg,45kg,45kg,45kg,45kg or 22.5kg in each hand

Cable cross overs 5x10-12 140,140,140,140,140 or 70 pounds each side

BB biceps curls 5x10-12 31.5kg,31.5kg,31.5kg,31.5kg,31.5kg

Ezy bar 21's 4x21's 29kg,29kg,29kg,29kg

hammer curls 5x10-12 45kg,45kg,45kg,45kg,45kg or 22.5kg in each hand

Roll on cardio or roll on TIME TO FEEL THE BURN IN MY ASS.GYM RAT BABY!

No weights today just cardio I did half hour on the bike on level six which was good.I wont be doing cardio on Saturday because I will be :protest: against the proposed to stadium to replace Carisbrook which has got me :x plus the Dunedin the city council are bunch lying thick ugly muppets and very :crazy: in the head as well.Roll on Shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!

I trained shoulders and triceps today before I started to training I yelled out Gym Rat baby in the mean's changing room before I trained.Started off with a set light DB shoulder press to warm up the shoulders before going to war Gym rat style meaning with lots of grunting.

Tri sets DB shoulder press 5x10-12 50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg or 25kg in each hand DB front lateral raises 5x10-12 20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg

seated DB lateral raises 5x10-12 20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg,20kg or 10kg in each hand

Smith machine shoulder press 5x10-12 70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg,70kg

Dips with feet on bench with 20kg plate on lap 5x15-20 45 second rest between sets

Single arm triceps cable push down 5x10-12 27,27,27,27,27 all in pounds

Ezy bar skull crushers 5x10-12 29kg,29kg,29kg,29kg,29kg

training was good today.While I was going hard out on the smith maching doing shoulder press the safety catches fell off a few times :oops: roll on back and abs \:D/ \:D/ .GYM RAT BABY!!

I have notice those ear plugs when I have trained at Les Mills extreame my gym dose not ear plugs but I get some strange looks from other gym members but I dont care.Question for you guys should I were my famous gym gear when I watch the parade for the sevens?
