No weights just cardio it was a quick 20 minutes of cardio today before I went to the cricket between the Volts and the Aces.I got to see buger all cricket because of the weather being shit this weekend in Dunners.I was plaining on working on my tan so I would be nice tanned and buff for the filming of Gym Rat the movie.I am going to train with Biggurl twice when I am in Wellington Friday back and biceps with Biggurl and legs as well.GYM RAT BABY!

I have noticed that you workout with big weights and also some of the weights are really heavy.

Do you make grunting noises when you workout Gymrat?

That would be right Soundsgood I do grunt lound when I train plus some some of my grunts have been heard in the mens changing room at my gym also from time to time I fart in the middle of a set for example when I am doing one arm DB rows or bent over bb rows.Plus I get some strange looks from trainers and other gym members as well from when I do grunt but I dont mind.This week I will be doing 10-12 reps with less weight then I normaly would use also it will be like that for next week as well.
