I trained shoulders and triceps today before I started training I yelled out it is only gravity baby.Started off with DB shoulder press 4x6 60kg,60kg,60kg,60kg

meaning one 30kg DB in each hand, bent over DB lateral raise 4x6 35kg,35kg,35kg,35kg,standing lateral raise 4x6 35kg,35kg,35kg,35kg, assisted dips 4x6 15 pounds counting five up and four down, close grip bench 4x6 75kg,75kg,75kg,75kg straight bar triceps press down 4x6 99,99,99,99 all in pounds roll on back and abs GYM RAT BABY.

I trained back abs today started off with one arm DB row 4x6 52.5kg,52.5kg,52.5kg,52.5

seated close grip cable row 4x6 100kg,100kg,100kg,100kg

Iso lateral low row 4x6 130kg,130kg,130kg,130kg

BB row with knuckles facing down 4x6 90kg,90kg,90kg,90kg

hanging leg raise 3x20 training was good today next week I will be doing 4x4 which will be a first for me I think I will have to bring a bucket with me to the gym just in case If puke :pfft:. Roll on cardio GYM RAT BABY.

No weights today just cardio soon it will be time for time to feel the burn in ass also I will be going along day three of the test between the Black and the West Indies at the Universerty Oval the home of the Mighty Otago Volts and very proud owners of the State Sheild cup.GYM RAT BABY

This week I am doing four sets of four it is going be hard for me but I am going to give it a go.Today I trained legs started off with bb squats 1x12 100kg,4x4 185kg,185,185kg,185kg

Stiff leged deadlifts 4x4 120kg,120kg,120kg,120kg

leg curls 4x4 93kg,93kg,93kg,93kg

DB lunges 4x4 80kg,80kg,80kg,80kg or one 40kgDB in each hand

Leg extenions 4x4 114kg,114kg,114kg,114kg using five up and four down

standing calfs raise 4x4 300,300,300,300 all in pounds training was good.If any of guys have done four sets four I would be keen to hear what you thought of doing four sets of four.One of the trainers that I know at my gym was amazed of the weight that I was using for squats :shock:.Roll on chest a biceps Gym rat baby.

Today I trained chest and biceps started off with incline bench 4x4 90kg,90kg,90kg,kg decline bench 4x4 95kg,95kg,95kg,95kg bench press 4x4 100kg,100kg,100kg,100kg press up 3x15 and failure db curls 4x4 27.5kg's,27.5kg's,27.5kg's,27.5kg's ezy bar curls 4x4 49kg,49kg,49kg,49kg hammer curls 4x4 32.5kg's,32k.5kg's,32.5kg's,32.5kg's training was good today roll on cardio or time to feel the burn in my ass GYM RAT BABY.

Today I did cardio for 35 minutes on the bike level six it was good but next Wednesday will be different I will be doing shoulders and triceps instead because of the gym being closed on Christmas day roll on Shoulders and triceps GYM RAT BABY.
