Once and while I would have cheat meal.Gezz Luigi didn't you read one of my post that I am not allowed to post my diet because my trainer well not let me.

Because your trainer wont let you share your diet does that mean that you have to hide when you have something to eat? :?

My best deadlift is 150kg for six reps.What's your best deadlift Mr Natural? Leg would be would be my strongest because I would using more weight then would compare to the likes of chest etc.

yeah sounds like you get your best lifts from your legs gym rat, good dead lift too.

I very rarely deadlift gym rat,my one rep max is around 210kgs,i'm sure with a bit of practice i could get it up another 20-30 kgs in a little time but more focused on bodybuilding rather than heavy powerlifting movements. Sounds like your progressing well with your lifts so keep it up.

Much stronger legs than upper body. Good leg train mate!

You should give the Nato challenge a shot

3 sets of Squats. 100 reps at 60kg. Much harder than it sounds! You'll need a Zimmer Frame for the next 3 or 4 days :pfft:

I did chest and biceps today started off with

Incline bench press 4x6 60kg,70kg,80kg,85kg

decline bench with DB's 4x6 85kg,85kg,85kg,85kg,85kg,85kg

bench press 4x6 70kg,80kg,83kg,85kg

press ups 3x12-15 failure

DB curls' 4x6 with 25kg's,25'kg's,25'kg's,25kg's

hammer curls 4x6 30kg's',30kg's,30kg's,30kg's

ezy bar curls 4x6 39kg,39kg,39kg,39kg

GYM RAT BABY roll on cardio.

No weights today just cardio before I left the men's changing room at my gym to cardio I yelled out time to feel the burn in my ass.Cardio was good today and I did not have any problems with the bike that I was using unlike compare to last Wednesday when the bike that I was using restarted on me I did half hour of cardio that well.Roll on shoulders and triceps GYM RAT BABY.
