No weights today just cardio three minutes into my cardio the bike that I was using decided to reset it's self for some odd reason :roll: which I thought was odd so I end doing half hour on the cross trainer instead.Roll on shoulders and triceps GYM RAT BABY.

it does that GYM RAT BABY when your not peddeling :roll:

Nothing wrong with using the cross trainer I do any type of cardio in the gym that I feel like weather it be bike,cross trainer or the treadmill.I had this great thought last night for my film it could have Triple HHH music in it which is time to play game.What you guys reckon?

Today I trained shoulders and biceps training was good started off with

BB shoulder press 4x8 40kg,43kg,45kg,50kg

DB bent over laterals 4x8 30kg

DB standing lateral raises 4x8 30kg

assisted dips 4x8 30,25,20,15 all in pounds

straight bar triceps press down 4x8 63,69,75,100 all in pounds

close grip bench 4x8 60kg,63kg,65kg,70kg

I am just about of my Dymatize ISO 100 protein I am going to buy myself a 1.5kg tub of balance whey so I wont end up getting stuffed around from the courier which I thought was a royal pain in the ass.Roll on back and abs GYM RAT BABY.

my god you strong! you do 30kg side raises, thats 30kg in each hand?? :shock: :shock: i struggle with 8kg in each hand, i neva seen anyone do so much weight :shock:

why does he say 30kg then if its only 15 but anyway i agree, 15kg is almost 2 times what i can do so you are really strong Gym Rat, how do i get that strong, it hurts like hell and i have to stop, how do you get through the pain barrier and drive yourself to such big weights?

I enjoy going through pain when I train plus pain is my friend when I train plus reading any issue of flex the night before I train that get's me fired up for the gym the next day.BJF if do not own any bodybuilding DVD's I can name three titles which I would highly recomend and they are Pumping Iron which is a classic film to watch,Ronnie Coleman the cost of Redemption and Arnold the Early years.

One arm DB row 4x8 42.5kg,45kg.47.5kg.50kg

close grip cable row 4x8 84kg,91kg,93kg,98kg

Iso lateral low row 4x8 110kg,120kg,125kg,128kg

bb row with knuckles facing up 4x8 80kg,83kg,85kg,88kg

hanging leg raise 3x20 Training was good today also sleep as been good as well roll on cardio on Saturday.GYM RAT BABY!
