Training was great today plus the gym was not as hot compare to yesterday when it was 28 which was warm.I trained chest and bicep started off with .

Incline DB flyes 1x10 35kg 4x8 45kg,50kg,55kg,60kg

decline DB flyes 4x10 45kg

Flat bench DB flyes 4x8 45kg,50kg,55kg,60kg

Pec deck 3x12 52,59kg,66kg

BB curls 4x6 40kg

Standing db curls 4x8 20kg's,22,5kg's,25kg's,25kg's

DB concretion curls 4x10 12.5kg,15kg,17.5kg,20kg

Also I got a good pump in my chest as well today. GYM RAT BABY.

I forgot to mention in my previous post that I have a case of TAS aka tight ass syndrome from doing legs yesterday.

LMFAO. Was that from when u got raped on deadlifts?

Today I trained shoulders/triceps started off with

Smith machine shoulder press 1x10 60kg,4x6 70kg,80kg,85kg,88kg

seated bent over DB lateral raises 4x12 25kg

standing single arm cable lateral raise 4x10 15 pounds,15pounds,21 pounds,21 pounds

seated DB shoulder press one set to failure 35kg

assisted Dips 4x10 50pounds,40pounds,30pounds ,25 pounds

dip with feet on bench 4x20 30 seconds between set

rope triceps press down 4x8 63pounds,71,79pounds,81 pounds plus a 5kgDB on top of the stack.I got my new program today from my trainer.The first week of my new program is all 4x8 week two 4x6, week three 4x4, and week 4 is 4x10.I will tell you guys about which exercises that I do each day when I put in my new program into my log book.GYM RAT BABY.

My diet is good but I can not post my diet Varven so I wont get in the crap house from my trainer and no I am not on juice.

i have seen gym rats pictures im very surprised hes not on the juice as he is A HUGE MO FO! He is one of the biggest special people ive seen

With those heavy smith squats he does, he does sound massive.
