No weights today just cardio for half on the treadmill on level eight plus there were three hotties on other treadmills as well which made me :shifty: because of me being a good looking film star :grin: .GYM RAT BABY

:shock: man theres gota b sumthing wrong wit his neck, theres no way the singing has done that.

My husband has a neck like that he used to do some sort of weight lifting with his neck on the calf raise machine I think it was...... to strengthen it for grid iron :shock:

fair enuff, but the rest of 'that' dude doesnt look like much of a 'grid iron muscle machine' :pfft:

He tells me it was actually the leg curl machine he used to do it on- basically on the machine backwards :crazy: Maybe it's the only workout Corey Taylor does?!

Rest day today no weights no cardio finaly got around to making up own programe which is

Day 1 quads

Day 2 Chest abs and cardio

Day 3 Hamstrings and calfs

Day 4 Shoulders ,tricpes

Day 5 Back and biceps

Day 6 Cardio or feeling the burn in my ass

Roll on quads.GYM RAT BABY!!!

When I was leaving the gym I was thinking man I could use a mobilty scooter :pfft: :pfft: had case of bad luck this morning when I was putting out the rubbish I cut my thumb on can lid when I was putting on the rubbish out :doh: roll on chest abs and cardio.GYM RAT BABY!!!

Abs

Crunches 4x25 with a 20kg plate across chest

Hanging leg raise 4x25 with a 30 second rest between sets

Cardio half hour in the bike level eight

Stoked about getting two PB for chest.I had a good chest,abs and cardio workout roll on hamstrings and calfs.GYM RAT BABY!!!
