gymrat, imo a PT who knew you are a bber, and that you were bulking, who gave you that diet, was (in light terms) not very well qualified.

that diet woulda def been holing back your potential gains bro. if you either:

a - let ppl on here guide you on a better diet, or

b - get a PT who actually has bbing knowledge/experience.

i think you wooulda easily hit your weight targets by now had your diet been in check mate!

agreed, just post up what your current goal is .. think it was 100kg then take peoples advice on board about your diet and you will be there in no time :D

I think before you go on Damien (Gym Rat) you should be honest with everyone and let them know exactly what has happened. Before we go there I should introduce myself to everyone reading this.

I have been training for 10 years, competing for eight. In all honesty of Regional standard but not National standards having never won a Nationals. I have come second on a number of occassions although there were only two of us in my class that year but out of eight Nationals I have only missed placing once and that was my first year. I have spent the last five years running backstage at NZFBB shows and also helping out at NABBA shows running and tanning.

I have run backstage at the last Elite show and ran the first Pro show years ago with Boris when Ronnie first cam over so I have a true passion for giving back to the sport that I've spent so much time around. In JUne I'm running back stage at the AKL NZFBB champs, then Masterton with my very good friend and then later on Wgtn.

I've tanned people such as Mike Kingsnorth, Justin Rhys, The fantastic Moe, NZFBB champions and NABBA champions alike such as Max... Enough of name dropping. Actually... 5 years of tanning!

The reson for my e-mail is that in NZ it's a very close knit circle and it doesn't take long for dishonesty to surface.

Damien (Big D) (Gym Rat) what you're doing on this site is what you've done on many other sites by taking lot's of information from lots of people. You then try everything out at once then complain that nothing works. When you came to Wgtn years ago we sat down after training over a coffee and I explained or tried to at the time that get your form right first before you lift the big weights. From my understanding your progressing rather well there. I further went on to say take infor from many but listen to one.

You went to your trainer who provided you this information over three years ago. You then went to lots of other trainers and took all the information back to her. This has been going on for three years. Using many and going back to one. YOUR choice. NO one else. In this time you have NEVER been charged a cent nor have you ever offered.

Your overal demeanour to Women in general has (I believe) been nothing but appalling.

If you want to break away from your trainer you have every right in the world. NO one controls you BUT after three years is it truely necessary to be so nasty? Your trainer who I know (may or may not be good at what they do) but they have still given their time freely, night and day for over three years worth of your phone calls and e-mails.

I guess slagging them off as you do is inexcusable and your e-mail to this person which follows is pretty piss poor.

I wish you well in your future training but I think now, particularly someone at your age needs to step back and look how you treat people in general and you need to honestly tell some of these very qualified individuals on this forum your intentions so as not to use and abuse as you have done to so many over the last three years and possibly beyond.

Good luck and I still am looking forward to seeing you on stage one day.

Food from yesterday

breakfast One cup of oats with one egg, 2tsp of flaxseed,150ml of yogart,banana,sports multi, protein shake

Pre training Handfull of raisons, 400ml of milk, creatine

Post training two corn wafers topped with a tsp of jam, protein shake with creatine

Lunch One cup of of basmit rice with 2 cups of mixed veggies ,one cup of beans,One tbl of lite soya sauce, 500ml of water,200g of salmon

Afternoon tea two rice cakes toped with peanut butter,2 TBL of tuna one apple, 500ml of water

tea yamas, brusslesprots ,rice steak,500ml of milk

Before bed 150ml of yogart,200ml of milk

water in take 5L

The resssion being I left my trainer I thought it was time for me to move on and also I leared lots as well from from trainer for example tri sets and know what tri sets are doing three excerises in row with out stoping.Guys if you have any suggestion or ideas for helping me with my diet to reach my goal of 100kg feel free to post them up and other thing I should mention which is I am a tight budget.

and to [OOMPS]. i feel that u have just brought more attention than was needed to this matter. we all know gymrat is picky wen it comes to taking info from sum1 (most knowing that it comes down to the train'ee, not the train'er to blame). no names were ever mentioned by gymrat so i think u need to let it blow over like every1 else has so we can focus on tryin to get damien on the right track. :wink:

Cardio for half hour on the bike level eight.While I was doing cardio at the gym this morning a hottie was checking me out which made a bit :shifty: she must have watched Gym Rat the movie.If and when I do compete I figure it be best for me to attend a few more shows so far I have only been to two shows which was back in 2007 and also wait until thighs get cheaper.If any of you Hamilton folk want your photo with Gym Rat or signed photo from Gym Rat no problem roll on shoulders and triceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!

would definately do a show down here if someone staged it, more preferable to going all the way to chch,especially given the current financial/work situation.

nzfbb used to hold a show down here, but i don't think it drawing enough attendance etc. bit of a shame really, i think interest is increasing down here again, who knows maybe someone will give it a crack again.

I would also compete in show in Dunedin if and when that happens which would make thinghs cheaper for myself and Gazza instead of going CHCH and the same for other athlets who live in Dunedin or outside of Dunedin.
