Body weight chin ups 5x8

One arm DB row 4x6 42.5kg,45kg,47.5kg,50kg

Wide lat pull down 4x6 73kg,80kg,80kg,87kg

Close grip cable row 4x6 84kg,91kg,98kg,10kg

Reveres back extenions on swiss ball 4x15

Reveres crunches 4x15

Cardio half hour on the bike level seven

Hopefully my new programe will be coming shortly from my trainer.GYM RAT BABY!!!!

Rest day today no weights no cardio sleep wasnt all that good last because I was feeling a bit pissed because I had shit week at work because I had to wait three weeks for a new extenion cord after the other extenion cord died to make things worse the vaccum cleaner acted up me again by not sucking probley roll on legs.GYM RAT BABY!!!

Finaly got my new programe today from my trainer I have to go up level for my cardio from level seven to level eight for bike and treadmill when I was leaving the gym I was thinking could some one please get me a zimmer frame asp :pfft: :pfft: roll on chest and biceps.GYM RAT BABY!!!
