Little update, currently have giardia and have had for at least two weeks, didnt think was anything cos I only had really mild "the shits" but thats common for the diet im eating, feel really bloated, always sick and its tough to eat but im forcing it!

cant wait to actually feel hungry

BAM got some progress pics!,

gained about 2 kilos and dropped BF a couple %, fail bulking :(, I have been logging my food consistantly for a couple months now and even at 5500cals and 500+g carb 350g protein I only tend to gain 250g a week if Im lucky, I have had a stomach bug for the last three weeks which has caused me to eat less than normal and a little more irregularly but I think Im over it now.

Shitty cellphone cam but did enough for me to see progress.

Currently im hammering quad sweep as you can see I have REALLY high lateral insertions that makes them look tiny, that and chest, chest has come up alot though but still not where I want it to be in comparison to shoulders.

Can i get a BF estimate? You wont hear me say this often but its too low for my liking, im eating 5500cals a day FFS, some fat wouldnt go astray, but as long as I keep making muscle gains, Hey, who am I to complain?

I know I need to bring up chest, any other suggestion? Cheers guys.

Whats your chest workout like now?

Hitting it from all angles? - Flat bench, inclines, declines and flies?

Compete LOL, nah man way way too small still, want to get 110kg first before cutting to contest shape then ill see what i look and feel like.

Chest as of my journal is, this was 5 days ago, I do chest again tomorow (chest and bi's)

-Incline DB press,

1* x 20 (15kg)

1* x 12 (20kg)

1 x 8 (35kg)(Last set rest pause +2)+2 negs

-Decline DB Press

1* x 15 (15kg)

1* x 12 (20kg)

1 x 8 (35kg)(Last set rest pause +2)

-Hammer Strength Flat press

1* x 15 (50kg)

1* x 12 (70kg)

1 x 8 (95kg)(Last set rest pause +2)+2 negs

-Incline DB Flyes

1* x 15 (10kg)

1* x 12 (15kg)

1 x 8 (25kg)(Last set rest pause +2)+3negs

I train HIT dorian style and love it!

awesome progress mate, what are your 1rm's?

Havn't checked in ages and I don't train in a way that makes them feasable unless theres a week off, I also cant reall guees from my lifts because I dont flat bench period, I squat after 2-3 other quad exercises to take strain off back, I dead at the end of back day etc,

If you forced me to guess I would go with 170squat 200dead 110 bench.

yeah I used too, but I found with deads first I lost alot of MMC with my back workout following,

With squats my lower back always fatigued before my legs did, now that im doing front squats (they work with my anatomical dimensions better) i could go back to doing them first though,

Quick question,

Ive never really considered myself anywhere close to competeing and still don't, but how much more lean mass would I need to not make a fool of myself in the novice tall phyisque class,

Im looking at the south island nationals in september and reckon i can pack a few more kilos and bring my chest up by then, shouldnt take me long to get into contest shape either.

Also would I be against people who are juicing etc?

Thanks man, Well I will keep clean bulking hard for another 6 months hopefully gain a few kilos and bring up chest, then 3 month cut and see how I look.

You could consider competing in the Novice Athletic Tall division for this season, just to get some experience under your belt. You would not embarrass yourself at all if you leaned up in the shape your in right now bro.

Just had a browse around, f*ck it, im gonna commit myself to novice tall physique in september,

Now im gonna be the hardest working motherfucker to bring the mass.
