Creatine and Protein as supps,

Diet as much of anything as I can get, ill eat 3000cals of maccas a day happily if im behind on my macros, try to hit 5k cals and 300g min protein,

Other than that I dont monitor what is in my diet, lots and lots of food, most of the time I eat clean, tuna, rice and chicken is my staple with alot of oats and baked beans.

Yeah so do I but it happened,

Platued now so im cracking down on diet and dialing it in more,

WIth the ammount of money I have as a student availible gear is impossible/wouldn't take it unless wanted to compete anyway.

I have a crazy metabolism, I do zero cardio lol

find it hard to believe you put on 15kg of muscle in 6 months while still remaining at a low bf% while just using creatine and protein.... no gear....

but either way its still a impressive transformation

It's amazing but it's true - not everyone needs to use the gear to look good. Some people are actually natural.

yes, but looking at his before pic it dosnt look like he has the genetics to be naturally huge. but if you say your natural then ill believe you.

A little about me that might help some of you understand, I am def not on any kind of gear haha, im flattered by it though,

In the first picture I was doing 4-5 cardio days a week, very very active runner and was in great shape cardio wise, I have always been very fit which is probably why my metabolism is rediculous, I got sick of being small and really fit so now am trying my hand at getting as big as possible naturally while staying lean,

And I have definetly put on a few % BF, I reckon im at about 10-11% now, gonna go for 108-110 then cut

Did you find it hard to put size on your legs? My mate is really fit and used to only do fuckloads of cardio and has been lifting for a while now and struggles to put leg mass on, even through he squats like 170. :?

Yeah thats me to a dime, I squat 160-170 for 6 and i really struggle filling out my legs, particularly the outter sweep, glutes and hams and inner quad is fine though,

I would say eat more, I still don't eat enough, If i was eating properly I wouldnt be so lean
