I am thinking the same thing yes those walking lunges are killer is right they also blow my legs up like the Good year blimp :pfft: :pfft: .

SG got snapped by his MRS :doh: so ive been told thats it for NZBB. so the only way we gona c him on here now is if he

a)has a death wish

2)breaks up with her

or

3)grows a pair and puts the pants back on in the relationship :pfft:

so once again, RIP SG and his journal, guess that counts u out for the meet up 20th june :(

haha, I was meaning to ask him if he'd broken up with his missus, since he'd been posting again. Tell your girlfriend to install a program called net nanny, that should sort you out. :pfft: you've got an ipod touch right? just use the wifi on that. an tell your missus your spending extra time in the. :toilet:

i reckn we make a poll with the question 'should SG break up with his gf', his missus will see it, break up with him and in the process ruin his life :shock: but at least we'll have SG back \:D/ \:D/ ..............maybe

Its about time I started a journal to track my progress.

Ive been working out for just over 6 months now and made some great gains. I am 26yrs old and stand 1.76m tall. When I first started I was 91kg at approx 20% BF. I was struggling to do sets of much more than 60kg on the bench.

Over the following 5 months I dedicated myself to the gym (not so much diet) and got up to 103.5kg. For the past 5 or 6 weeks I have been cutting (seriously only last 2-3 weeks).

My current weight is now 95.5kg which is an 8kg loss over the last 5 or 6 weeks. I am happy with the way its all coming together, I now have a decent 6pack when I get up in the mornings. \:D/

My immediate goal is to drop down to 89kg at 5-6% BF by xmas. My intermediate goal is to grow back up to 110kg and put on more LBM and my long term goal is to compete in the NZFBB next season. Preferably in the Novice 80kg+.

I have used a multitude of different supps. Here is a list of supplements I take at the moment

- Dymatize Whey protein

- Nutrigenix Power Caps (Creatine)

- Dymatize Amino Acid capsules

- Animal Cuts (Thermogenic, Lipolytic, Diuretic, Metabolic)

- Omega 3 Flaxseed oil

- Omega 3 Fish Oil

I have a four day split programme

DAY 1 - CHEST/BICEPS

DAY 2 - SHOULDERS

DAY 3 - LEGS

DAY 4 - BACK/TRICEPS

Cardio is HIIT 5 times a week and 2-3 30min road runs thrown in there (weather permitting)

So give me feedback on anything! I love advise and criticism (constructive of course). And I will post up some progress pics shortly :shifty:

u have abs? well i do too but i have flabs covering them at the moment :pfft:
