Meal 2: Apple / Orange

Meal 3: 160g Chop chop chicken on brown rice w mixed veges

Meal 4: 160g chop chop chicken / apple

Meal 5: Double Protein shake / cup rolled oats / banana

Meal 6: 400g Scotch Fillet / veges

Meal 7: Double Protein shake

Im being made to go into town tonight, Beerfest at the Outback for O week \:D/ Bit too old for all that, plus I don't drink much, but I have no choice :shifty:

FRI 6 MAR - REST DAY

Had a good time in town last night and got pretty toasted. Even smashed a Chicken & Lamb Kebab in the wee hours lol

Does anyone else keep getting that gay singles ad over there ----->>> on the forum at the moment or is it just me :shifty:

Happy with the PB on squats, should have probably just went with 205s, wouldnt have made a difference but will save that for next week

I couldnt be assed loading the leg press with 500kg today so I took the safety catches off and did real slow leg presses deeper than the leg press usually allows me too. Didnt really give me much of a burn like heavy ones do but it was good for a change.

Diet today was normal up to here, but Im going away for rest of weekend so its a bit of an unknown :shifty:
