Meal 5: Double Protein shake / Banana / cup rolled oats

Meal 6: 500g chicken breast / veges

Meal 7: 200g chicken breast

Meal 8: Double Protein shake

Mean pump on chest and biceps today. Couldn't touch my shoulders so knew it must have been good :grin:

I joined up with the Waikato Natural Bodybuilding team yesterday. Its coached by NZFBB president Brian Mcfarlane and input from Peter Hunt. We had posing practise last night. It was somewhat daunting to strip down to my undies and go through all the poses in front of all the other guys and girls, especially in the off season :shifty:

But hey, at least I wasn't as lily white as 1day :pfft:

Oh and Poo's I just play bball in a local league down here in the Wakachang :wink:

Quick update

I am sick of the continuous bulk so Ive decided to doing a quick 4 week cut before I go to Aussie for a holiday for a fortnight.

Ive stripped my diet right back to

Meal 1: Double protein shake / cup rolled oats / pear

Meal 2: Apple / orange

Meal 3: 2 cups brown rice / 160g chop chop chicken / 2 cups brocolli / cauliflower

Meal 4: 160g chop chop

Meal 5: Double protein shake / half cup oats / handful jelly beans

Meal 6: 250g chicken or fish / salad

Meal 7: Double Protein shake

My protein shakes are low carbs so total calorie intake is less than half than before and of course no carbs after post workout meal.

Im doing 30 mins cardio minimum a day and Ive started a cycle of Animal cuts. Since this is a diuretic Ive scrapped the creatine.

Im only a week or so into this cut and already Im down to 105kg and definition around my midsection has improved dramatically. Although strength has decreased probably around 5% so far but that was to be expected.

Will post up more when I get a chance! Maybe some pics too :shifty:
