Just had a nice egg white omlette for dinner only did 5 whites as used quite a few shrimps, my fav nom nom nom. Been having PVL weighmaxx shakes, tuna+beans for lunch and going to incorporate some cardio now as I'm a grand whopping 79.8kgs!! Will monitor this every week or so.

If anyone wants my PVL Mutant Ass (Mass) which I purchased by mistake online let me know. I have had only 2 serves, offers? Be good if you in Wellies.

Lunch time back and bi's as going for a swim tonight. Only went for a 40min walk yesterday.

Well thought I would try some things I'm not good at and/or never tried and it was quite entertaining.

Chins *1* haha then assisted 24lbsx4, 36lbsx8, 36lbsx6 bit hard being 79kgs fatty!!!

Seated CG Row 50kgsx10, 55kgsx10, 60kgsx8, 65kgsx6 bum not that fancy

Incline Bench DB Pull 10kgsx10 1st time doing these, too hard and form crap, 7.5kgsx10 - 3 sets they were hard, I must have a stiff back or something.

Cross the body hammer curls - new to me, 10kgsx10, 10kgsx10, form went out the window so dropped to 7.5kgsx10 for 2 sets

CG Eazi bar preacher curls 15kgsx10, 20kgsx10 - 3 sets hard as oooh boo hoo

Wanted to do some over the head cable curls but dudes taking forever so did some concentration curls 6kg dbsx10 - 3 sets and really struggled with the last 3 on each

Strength was a bit poos today but cool doing different things. Want to improve on chins and pull ups oh and deads but will do those next time.

Went with my mate to the pool to try that aqua joggin. Thought it was a load of shit really. So grabbed these things that look like pool dumbells and did arm cycling they call it haha and chest press whilst kicking forward, thought that was a bit arse too, bit more exciting than aqua jogging but after 1/2 hour I was pretty fucked and for the last 15 minutes I just did lengths of freestyle and breast stroke. I feel like I have been hit by a bus, certainly creaps up on you mucking about in the pool stuff.

I know what you mean about the swimming fatigue :o It leaves you totally drained and totally hungry :pfft:

DB Press 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx8, 17.5kgsx6 hmmm not good today

DB Lat raise super setted with front raise 6kgs and little or no breaksx10 - 4 sets

DB Rear Delts 6kgsx10 - 4 sets

T Bar row - high to top of boobs 25kgsx10, 30kgsx10, 35kgsx10, 40kgsx10

Cable raise from the rear no breaks 12kgsx10, 6kgsx10 - 3 sets

Eaten my beans and tuna and still hot as. Legs tomorrow.
