Yep plan on competing in September this year. Not sure about powerlifting. Looking forward to training with Gym rat, and yes I will bring my digital camera. Nice break away, ate and drank way too much so good to be back in the gym, though I'm a tad sore today. Legs tonight.

Tonight I did legs, my god it is hot!

Squats 20x40kgs, 10x50, 10x60, 10x 70

1 leg Leg press 20x40kgs, 10x60 - 3 sets

Seated Hammie Curl 60lbsx20, 80x10 - 3 sets

Laying Leg curls 60lbsx10, 70x10, 80x10 - 2 sets

Seated calve raises 3pltsx20, 4pltsx20 - 3 sets

Nice and light and really sweaty, thats me buggered off home :)

Yep the gym is super hot, mostly in the evenings, today it was just perfect. Been off work the last couple of days with my kids so not able to get to the gym. Most excercise I got was running up and down the beach, roller blading and skateboarding - I'm going to buy my own skateboard, it rocks!!!

Chest & Tri's

Flat Bench 40kgsx10, 50kgsx10, 60kgsx6, 60kgsx6 got my grip right now, no more suicide grip for me, still feels weird though

DB Flys 10kgsx12, 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx8, 15kgsx8

Incline Bench 30kgsx10, 30kgsx10, 30kgsx8, 30kgsx6

Tri Press 5pltsx12, 6pltsx12, 6x10 - 2 sets

Dip Mach L8x12 supersetted with ropes 18kgsx10 - 4 sets

Good and very hard workout, in lunch break so very limited for time so short rest periods hence dropped reps from almost failure, chest and tri's pretty pumped and screaming by the end. Not as strong as usual but that will teach me for being a lazy bum over Xmas/New Year period. Won't take me long to get back on track and crack out some PB's soon :grin:

Back & Bi's today at lunch time, time limit so did lots of drop sets and supersets to speed things up, weights not that heavy but did the job nicely.

Deadlifts 60kgsx5 - 3 sets, 90kgsx5

BB Row palms facing up 40kgsx10, 50kgsx10 - 3 sets

WG Lat Pull down drop set no breaks, 4 sets starting 52kgs I think

DB Bicep curls drop set no breaks 10kgsx10, 7.5kgsx10, 6kgsx10, 5kgsx10

Eazibar Preacher curls 15kgs supersetted with 1 arm db preacher 6kgsx10, then 20kgsx10 + 6kgsx10, 20kgsx8 + 6kgsx6, x6, x6 each arm

Cable Curls drop set non-stop 39kgsx3 haha :roll: , 33kgsx6, 27x6, 21x6, 15x6, 12x6

Just had my tuna and beans and beef and vegies earlier, forgot my shaker today, but I suppose I could just mix my protein in a glass.

Shoulders today

Little warm up with some 4kgs rotator stuff

DB Press 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx10, 20kgsx2 bugger strength not back! 17.5kgsx10

DB Lat raises 6kgsx10, 7.5kgsx10, 10kgsx10, 7.5kgsx10, 6kgsx10, 5kgsx10 didn't really break for these hence the drop back down, did the trick.

DB Front raises 5kgsx10 - 4 sets

WG seated row L7x10, L8x10 - 3 sets

Rear delt mach 40lbsx10 - 4 sets

BB upright rows 20kgsx10 - 4 sets

Thanks for reminding me Biggurl, I must try one-legged leg presses sometime soon.

When you say 'calves same' do you mean one-legged or same weight?
