Quick lunchtime chest & tri's

DB Press 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx10, 27.5kgsx10, 30kgsx10 dam near killed me!

DB Flys 15kgsx10 - 3 sets, 17.5kgsx10

Incline Bench 30kgsx10 - 4 sets

Short for time as yaking too much so did a tripple set Tri press 27x10, ropes 12x10, bench dipsx10 - x 4 very little rest between sets, freekin hard and arms burning like hell!

Noticed my chest clicks a lot mostly if I'm relaxing then move, almost like when a disk in your back clicks back, yep dodgy back too, anyone else get this chest thing happening? It feels really weird :?

Quick Back & Bi's at lunchtime

1 arm db rows 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx10, 27.5x10, 30x10 hard!

WG latpulldons 70x10, 85x10, 100x10, 115x6 struggle with these

CG Seated Row 50kgsx10, 55kgsx10, 60kgsx10 Drop 35x10 hehe no 65 today

DB Curls 7.5kgsx10 supersetted with seated incline hammers 7.5kgsx10, 10kgsx10 ss with 7.5kgsx10 - 2 sets

Overhead cable curls 12x10 superseted with cable curls 12x10, 12x10 ss 18x10 - 2 sets

Oh and I'm going to either hire a xtrainer or treadmill for at home so I can do cardio when kids sleeping, what do you guys recon xtrainer or tready? So you will probably guess yep I'm competing :D

YAY for competing! Def a X trainer - SLIGHTLY less boredom!
