Back and bi's, bit of a weak w/o just tired and got very hot, sweaty and dizzy for some reason :?

Deads 40kgsx10, 60kgsx10, 70kgsx10, 70kgsx10

Assisted chins 70lbsx10, 80lbsx10 - 3 sets I know terrible

Seated Row 30kgx10, 35kgsx10, 40kgsx10, 45kgsx10 eek lightest I have done ever!

Cross body hammers supersetted with seated hammers 6kgsx10 - 4 sets

Concentration curls 6kgsx10 - 4 sets no breaks

Rotary oblique mach 5 sets of 10 either side

Play on the Vibratrain just for fun 5mins

Very tired today and had a kip on the couch not sure what the story is. Been taking vitamin c as feeling low.

Yeah vibratrain machines just shake the shit out of you. Good to jump on just to loosen you up however I don't rate them for any type of workout even squating on it full tit for 5 mins.

No 1day I'm not up the duff thanks haha

Feeling better today and had a wicked workout today! Ate 1 hour prior to training and that did the bizzo.

Delts/Traps

DB Press 17.5kgsx10, 20kgsx10, 22.5kgsx8, 22.5kgsx6

Lat Raise 6kgs supersetted with 6kgs front raisex10, 7.5kgs/6kgsx10, 10kgs/6kgsx10

Bentover Raise 6kgsx10 - 4 sets

Shrugs 22.5kgs supersetted with upright rows 20kgsx10 - 3 sets

Rear Delt Mach 40lbsx10 - 4 sets

Bit sunburnt today from all day yesterday at the beach, I look like some chubby chick on roids - no I'm not before you cheeky boys ask!! I'm a bit of a chubster but like the look when I train delts and traps, I look pretty massive.... and pink! :? This female PT came up after training and said "you're looking really strong!" Hope she didn't mean I look fat :-s

Sore quads today like just walking :roll: man I didn't do much yesterday either :-s

Chest & Tri's today

Incline DB Press 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx10 easy as, then I thought I would jump to 30's, then thought why do that, and grabbed the 35kg dbs pressed out nearly 5 reps, almost there then did what I hate and dropped them on the floor in a screaming heap haha tried the 27.5kgs and only managed 5 as I was sacked!

DB Flys 15kgsx10 - 4 sets and found these hard today

Pec dec 50lbsx10, 60x10, 70x10 drop straight into 50x10

CG Bench barx10, 30kgsx10, 35kgsx10, 35x8 :oops: find these hard

Tri Press 5pltsx10, 6pltsx10 - 3 sets

Kick backs 5kgsx10 non stop for 4 sets to finish the suckers off

Huh are press/flys suppose to be close? I usually do 15/17.5/ 20kg flys but yesterday killed myself being silly on the 35kg dbs but on average 5-10kg heavier on press which I thought was standard as flys I stretch right down, slow movement and squeeze hard as at the top and always find them hard.

1 arm DB row usually only do up to 22.5kgs: 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx10, 27.5kgsx10, 30kgsx10 PB happy with that :)

Seated Row 45kgsx10, 50kgsx10, 55kgsx10, 60kgsx10

Lat Pull Down 70lbsx10, 85lbsx10, 100x7, 100x7 hehe my grip was shite by then

DB Curls 10kgsx10 - 3 sets

Seated Hammers SS with Standing cross chest hammers 6kgsx10, 7.5kgs/6kgsx10, 10kgs/6kgsx10

Eazi Bar Preacher Curls 15kgsx10 SS with 6kgx6 - 3 sets

Haven't trained in 3 days, but yuk over the weekend and slept nearly 30 hours! Missed meeting 2plums in town as I was tuckedup in bed :doh:

Not putting update shots on here until I lean up a bit, if anyone wants to see a large pork-chop I've slung some on facebook.
