Had a nice quiet night in last night. Legs this morning, though a pissy light w/o grrr

Leg Press 120kgsx10, 160x10, 200x10, 200x10

Leg Extensions 35kgsx10, 40kgsx10, 45kgsx10, 50kgsx10

Seated hammie curl 45kgsx10, 50kgsx10 - 3 sets

Laying hammie curls 35kgsx10 - 3 sets

Standing Calve Raise 70kgsx10 hehe light I know! 4 sets

Seated 20 either side x10 4 sets

Tried this twisting oblique machine which was fun x10 either side for like 5 times with 25kgs on non-stop felt great

At the new gym and just mucking about. Kids in the creche which is way cool with a bouncy castle and I would have rather jumped on that haha There are 2 vibra train machines there so jumped on one after leggies and did a few minutes doing in squat position, geez they loosen up your legs and its funny as wobble wobble wobble like jelly

Back & Bi's today

Starting with bi's instead of back again this week, but in doing so I was wrecked for back. Will alternate each week, same for chest and tri's.

DB curls 10kgsx10 - 3 sets, 15kgsx6

Seated incline hammers super setted with standing cross body hammers 7.5kgsx10 - 3 sets, light but bloody hell it hurts!

Seated Preacher/Eazi bar curls 15kgsx10 SS with 6kg 1 arm preacher curlx10, then 20kgsx10 SS with 6kgs 2 sets, 10, 8

Seated Row 45kgsx10, 50kgsx10, 55kgsx10, 60kgsx10

Lat Pull down 30kgsx10 36kgsx10 42kgsx10

Tried to do pull up... ha ha no way too sore/tired and went and did H&S rows 40kgsx10 - 3 sets

Chest & Tri's at lunchtime. Really weak, weights weren't up to scratch and couldnt' manage anything hardcore today grrrr!

Flat DB Press 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx10, 27.5x8, 25kgsx6

DB Flys 10kgsx10, 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx10, 15kgsx10

Cables 15x10, 18x10, 21x10, 21x10

Assisted Dips x10 - 4 sets

Tricep Press 5plts supersetted with ropes 2pltsx10 - 4 sets no breaks

Whole upper body is pumped and sore, not sure what the story is and I feel really tired after my stink arse w/o. Ate my tuna and beans, might have a black coffee. Thats my rant, thanks for reading.... wine time soon wooo!

Of course I'm drinking wine but only every couple of weeks. Will cut that out soon as March CUTTING begins whether I compete or not as I look like a big white marshmellow! I'll have a red wine for you doll :grin:

Squat racks were all taken :evil: and you know what I can't use a smith machine, no shit tried 60kgsx10 for 2 sets and it hurt my back even changine my feet postions, oh well :-s

1 legged leg press 50kgsx10, 60kgsx10, 70kgsxq10, 80kgsx10

Leg Press 80kgsx10, 120kgsx10, 160kgsx10, 160x10 all super-setted with calves x15

Leg Extensions 30kgsx10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x10

Seated Hammie Curls 70x10, 80x10, 90x10, 100x10

Thats it, hot as and got the hell outside!
