I'll do them from time to time - gym's got a couple of different T-bars, so there's plenty of choice. Right now I reckon the difference in movement between a T-bar and DB row would have me gasping at 40kg for the T-bar, tho :oops:

Like I said, strong effort :notworthy:

Quick leg workout in lunch break. Took some BSc MyOcytin Hardcore (creatine, L-Taurine, L-Glycine, Magnesium Chelate, Dextrose), very nice tasting, probably 1/2 hour before hitting the gym. As I have 45mins and limited rest periods thought this should help.

Squat racks in use so Leg press 80kgsx10, 120x10, 160x10, 200x8

Squats 60kgsx10, 70kgsx10, 80kgsx10 then had enough

Leg Extns 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x10

Seated Hammie 80x20 nice warm up but like laying better

Laying Hammie 70x10, 80x10, 90x10

Thats I had time for, will have to do some calves at some stage. Bigger leg w/o next week when I hv more time wooo! Then leg w/o after that is with gym rat eeeeek!

Thanks chaps. Trying to get my rear delts bigger, anyone else do Tbar rows for these?

how do they hit rears?

T-Bar depends on grip as to where your focussing on. Wide grip will hit rear delts, narrow grip more rhomboid (sp?)

Face pulls are good for rear delts - as are reverse flys.

It might be good a idea to have zimmer frame or wheel chair on stand by after you train legs with be Biggurl.Question for you guys would you like to see video footage of me training legs with Biggurl when I am in Wellys?

I'll be sweet Gym rat, will be funny watching us two walk down 3 levels (6 flights) of stairs at the gym after :pfft: Thank goodness for handrails is all I can say!

Well that is the Monday after the Sevens GA, so you can film the dam thing and I'll hide. I look like a freekin pink faced face pulling weirdo training legs, I scare myself, might bring a paper bag :lol:

I think a girl pushing those kind of weights will be very very impressive on the movie. Gymrat, you better pull something out of the bag or BigGurl might be the main event :naughty:
