Yep had a fantastic night except hearing about the weird shit I got up to, rodeo horse was the best, I have flash backs of saying "look no hands" and "woo hoo!!!"

Seated Hammie Curls 70x10, 80x10, 90x10, 90x10

Leg Extn 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x10

Will have to do calves another time as shattered

Last night did Chest & Tri's bit weak which was weird so bit :oops: as weights were pretty arse

DB Press 22.5kgsx10 - 4 sets haha no 30 - 35kg dumbells today! :?

Flys 10kgsx10, 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx10

Incline Bench 30kgsx10 - 4 sets

Skull Crushers SS with CG press 15kgsx10 - 4 sets

Cable Extn 2plts SS with Ropes 3 plts to failure x 2 sets then Cable 1 plt SS 2 plts ropes to failure 2 sets swapping over with Training partner non-stop no breaks burnies

Ran out of time as off for dinner :grin:

Back and bi's today at lunchtime

1 arm DB rows 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx10, 27.5kgsx10, 30kgsx10 no straps for the 1st time which is great as means my grip is improving, sore hands/forearms though!

Seated Row 50kgsx10 drop 25kgsx10 no break - 3 sets then straight into 25kgsx10 to finish me off and get sweaty/pumped

Paramount pull down 70lbs super setted with std lat pull 70lbsx10 - 3 sets fast and furious but good form

DB Curls 10kgsx10 drop 7.5x10, 6x10 no breaks ouch

Incline Hammers 6kgs supersetted with cross body hammers standing 6kgsx10 - 3 sets

Finished off with 3 sets 6kgsx10 concentration curls no breaks

hehe I have weak biceps!

Going to do more high rep stuff, supersetting and drop sets to shock the body will do try to go as heavy as poss but wasn't really happening (esp with my bi's).
