Trained Shoulders with my buddie so just did the same as him

DB Press 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx10 - 3 sets

Lat Raise 6kgs super setted with front raise 6kgsx10, LR 8kgs/FR 6kgsx10, LR 9kgs/FR 6kgsx10

Cable raise 6kgsx10 - 4 sets

DB Rear Delts 6kgsx10 - 4 sets

Upright Rows 20kgsx10 - 4 sets

Seated WG Neck Pulls 36kgsx10, 42x10, 47x10, 54x10

Then went for a tour (more perving) and had lunch in the cafe. Lovely.

Nar I wanted to be a cop 10 years ago, passed all the fitness stuff but now I couldn't as starting salary is much too low. Yeah the food was yummy as and really cheap. When all the guys/gals came in man they were eating shite like sausie rolls, chocolate bars, only saw one dude get a protein drink out. Great perving fest indeed and my mate said all the guys were checking me out in the gym when I wasn't looking :shock: they must need glasses haha
