No recipe really I just do 200gm chicken breast in dry non-stick pan brown either side with salt/pepper and sling on mesculin greens (or baby spinach leaves)/cucumber/red pepper/baby toms and throw some cidar vinegar & flaxseed oil on the top.

Squats 60kgsx10, 80kgsx10, 100kgsx6, 100kgsx4 well tried them not best form on last 1-2

1 legged leg press 40kgsx10, 60kgsx10, 70kgsx10 PB, 80kgsx10 PB really hard, struggled for breath and push them out but kept on going

Stiff legged Deadlifts 40kgsx10, 50kgsx10 twang! my right hammie got a painful twinge, stretched it out and loaded up 60kgsx10, 60kgsx10 nice and easy

Laying leg curls 60x10, 70x10, 80x10, 90x10 nice and slow and power stretched inbetween sets, seems ok now just like its bruised or something :-s

Strong 1-legged presses :clap: Has the hammy come right since then?

And when will the famous video make an appearance? :grin:

Ta Poos, yeah all good just recovered from my sore as legs, could even sit with straight legs on the weekend!!

Trained with Gym rat at 1pm, mostly did quads/hammies and I had to leg it back to work before doing calves. Today did about 1/2 of the mighty gym rats weights.... like so

Squats 60kgsx10, 80kgsx10, 90kgsx8, 90x6

1 legged press 40kgsx10, 60kgsx10, 80kgsx10, 90kgsx8 PB

Hack squats 60kgsx10, 8, 6, 6

Leg Extns 35kgsx10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x8

Laying Leg Curls 90x10, 100x10, 100x10

Only got a few still shots of me and GR and GR and GA, as he was there too for a geez. Will have to email vids to SG for editing etc... still not sure how to do this, any ideas peeps?

Would have thought the video would be too big to email unless you've already edited it down.

Best to dump it on a CD/DVD & mail it if SG is not in Welly.

Well haven't trained since Monday legs with Gym rat. Been very tired and grumpy, I think I need to get .... ha kidding, more sleep more like it!!!! I've been getting home feeding my kids and carking out on the couch for a wee nap before I get them ready for bed, feed myself etc... Must be the rain :-s

Today - weak as :? Chest and Tris

DB Press 20kgsx10, 25kgsx10, 27.5kgsx8, 27.5kgsx6

DB Flys 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx10, 15kgsx8, 15kgsx8

Cable Xovers 12x10, 18x10 - 3 sets

Tricep press SS with 1 arm rope extn like 36 and 6 hehe - 4 sets

Assisted dips with 46lbsx10, 54lbsx10 nearly died so no happening

Dip machine L8x10 - 2 sets

Back to work, tuna and beans with 4 corn thins, would have prefered a pie and donut today hahaha nar probably not would make me feel even worse! Tomorrow back and bi's and I hope my strength is back :nod: :)

Yeah but that is weak for me Flamer. Diet is cookies haha just jokes, whatever I feel like but still keeping fairly good and protein up. Will get more strict and clean it up completely very soon.

Lol- I keep saying that too. Wine, wine, and just another wine. Seems the 'holiday' season hasn't quite finished yet. Polo Open this weekend.......more wine!

In bed just after 9pm last night so not so miss grumpy pants today and strength is better.

Lunchtime Shoulders:

DB Press 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx10, 20kgsx10, 22.5kgsx8 PB

Lat Raise 6kgs SS with front raise 6kgsx10, Lat Raise 7.5kgs SS with front raise 6kgsx10, Lat Raise 10kgs SS with front raise 6kgsx10

DB Rear Delt Raise 6kgsx10 - 4 sets

TBar Rows to upper chest (rears/upper bk) 30kgsx10, 35kgsx10, 40kgsx10, 45kgsx10 - not sure if up 5kgs or not

Cable raise 1 platex10 - 4 sets no rests...feel the burn

Did like 1 set of shrugs and decided I hate them, ouch my hands

Cable upright rows 24x10, 30x10, 36x10, 36x10

Rear Delt Machine 40lbsx10 - 4 sets

Food has been good today 1/4 cup oats Ps shake, ps shake+plum, tuna+beans, soon I will have a ps shake+fruit and dinnner will be beef+vegies. Managing to stay away from the cookie jar at work oh and the cashew jar.... We get free yummy stuff, plus fruit/baby toms, crackers etc...
