Lunch time Chest and Tris today

DB Press 17.5kgsx10, 20kgsx10, 25kgsx10, 27.5kgsx8

DB Flys 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx6, 17.5kgsx6 well tried them yay!

Cable flys 18kgsx10 - 4 sets

CG Bench 40kgsx8 too heavy, 30kgsx10, 30kgsx8 - 2 sets

Tricep Press 5plts superdsetted with ropes 2pltsx10, 6plts/2ptsx10 - 3sets no breaks

Off to the gym again tonight :grin:

Tonight 15mins on Xtrainer, boy it was hot! Then I did a 1 hour pump class which dam near killed me but it was fun as :grin:

Ooh and the diet is suppose to be on from today but it was kinda all good banana, protein shakes, tuna+beans, steak/salad, almonds but I kinda had a few crackers but not a biggy straight after training :oops:

Knee is a bit screwed from...quite embarrassing... bloody pump class last night :evil: must have been all the squats and lunges

Tonight did shoulders

DB shoulder press 12.5kgsx10, 15kgsx10, 17.5kgsx10, 20kgsx8 YEEEEAAAH!

DB Lat raise supersetted with front raise 6kgsx10, 7.5kgs LR / 6kg FRx10, 10kgs LR / 6kgs FRx10 ouch killer!

Seated DB rear delts 6kgsx10 - 4 sets

T-Bar row to the top of chest 25kgsx10, 30kgsx10, 35kgsx10, 40kgsx10

Shrugs 22kgsx10, 20kgsx10 couldn't be fucked doing those

Rear Delt Mach 40lbsx10 - 4 sets

Still at Les Mills but my induction is with Club Physical tomorrow morning at 6am. Its a pretty sweet gym, brand spanking with all the bells and whistles. First thing I asked was "where is your squat racks?", 2nd which you'll guess is "where are the benches?" :pfft: Now I have a choice of 5 gyms in Wellies and can go to all the ones in Aucks etc... when I go up :grin:

Induction this morning 6am at Club Physical. Nice PT but of no use to me really, 10 years experience and she looked about 25?? I could have said "I was at Golds Gym when you were in nappies love" but then I'd sound really old :( Well I am haha....She took my blood pressure and weighed me 78.6kgs my god!!! :pfft: Nar knew I was 10kgs over my stage weight. Short-term goal loose 3-5kgs fat. Did 20mins interval on a Xtrainer which was hard yacker then sat on a bike for 10mins and went home for a lie down before work haha this early morning stuff is a bit of a shock to the system!

Tonight is legs. Got some free samples from the lovely chap at Gymeez, so tonight will try Metaphysics Rampage "hardcore muscle strength' for legs this now comes in 1 serve container of 50gm for $6.99 or 40 serve is about 99-100bucks , Friday Back & Bi's with Gym rat will try the Gaspari SuperPump250 "promates skin tearing muscle pumps" and Monday Legs training with Gym rat will try the Gaspari SizeOn "the ultimate mass monster" :pfft: Just by reading up the Rampage looks like the best value for money but will see how I go and which one I choose to purchase.

Had my rampage from 5.15-5.30pm trained at 6pm. Tastes nice and mixes well lime/lemon I think it was. Felt pretty ampt when I arrived at the gym but I think thats all in my head. :-s haha

Squats 60kgsx10, 80kgsx10, 100kgsx6, 100kgsx4 well tried them not best form on last 1-2

1 legged leg press 40kgsx10, 60kgsx10, 70kgsx10 PB, 80kgsx10 PB really hard, struggled for breath and push them out but kept on going

Stiff legged Deadlifts 40kgsx10, 50kgsx10 twang! my right hammie got a painful twinge, stretched it out and loaded up 60kgsx10, 60kgsx10 nice and easy

Laying leg curls 60x10, 70x10, 80x10, 90x10 nice and slow and power stretched inbetween sets, seems ok now just like its bruised or something :-s

Shattered and a bit woosey so stopped with that, but overall happy with the w/o. Had 200gm chicken salad and another 200gm for later. Women usually eat 100-150gm but flag that I'm a big girl :D

Friday 9am trained and filmed back and bi's with Gym rat. I had barely 3 hours sleep and a big night :shifty: Just watched the footage of Gym rat training hard, me talking utter bollocks and I did sets off camera. Unfortunately I filmed every set and missed the end of the w/o. Tomorrow for legs will only film 1 set per excercise. I think Gym rats hightlight of the w/o was me introducing him to Joe and Jona.
