Jeeepers BG, awesome press :clap: \:D/ - I'll be coming to you and Flamer for advice on how to lift my little office-boy press to your levels :oops:

Sadly TFB - I'm still with Small. Hanging out to get 20kg plates either side of the bar. Getting 2 x 20kg plates is a "pipe dream" at this point!

DB Curls 7.5kgsx15, 10kgsx15, 12.5kgsx10, 12.5kgsx10 drop no stop 7.5kgsx10 ooh burnies

DB Incline Hammer Curls 7.5kgsx15 - 4 sets

Concentration Curls 6kgsx10 - 4 sets per arm non-stop

Cable curls 12kgsx15 - 3 sets

Thats all I had time for back to work. Tris to come and back eeeek! I suck at deadies :(

1 Arm DB Row 22.5kgsx10, 25kgsx10 - 3 sets

CG Pulldown 70lbsx10, 85lbsx10, 100lbsx10, 115x10

Assisted Chins 30kgsx10 - 4 sets (yeah yeah lots of assistance but I weigh 77kgs!)

Current lifts now Dead 110, Squat 100, Bench 90

Yeah was a bit of a jump, the 100kgs which I was sitting at 1-2 and then yesterday x5 was all good and then the 110 as a real struggle. Tried for a 2nd one but only just got it off the floor :pfft:

Hmmm yeah my squats and deads are a bit to low, but I'm chicken shit and not going to injure myself, in time they will improve I guess.

Rear Delt Machine 40lbsx12 -2 sets, 50lbsx10 - 2 sets

Got my lovely knee high socks and shorts for PL comp so raring to go. Just got to up my weights eeeek squats tomorrow.

AM 40min Walk

PM Legs... well kinda bit weak and right knee playing up

Squats 40kgsx5, 60kgsx5, 80kgsx5, 100kgsx3, 110x1 - this 1 only to right angle so won't count that as a PB :( gutted

Leg Press 80kgsx20, 120kgsx10, 140kgsx10, 180kgsx10, 200kgsx10

Seated Hammie Curls 80lbsx10, 90lbsx10, 100x10, 110x10

Didn't finish legs, felt week and pissy. Then I sulked and went and had a steak with my training partner instead of finishing training :pfft: . Quite nice actually haven't had one in about a year or so, strange but true. Gutted I didn't do over the 100kg mark

So, let me see...you're squatting a hundred for three reps, that's like 25-33 % over bodyweight, you go for a 10% increase...on the back of feeling cruddy and having a bung knee...

Man, I wish I could expect a 10% increase in my squat after a build-up like that! I'd love a 10% increase when I'm well fed and on top of my game!

Besides, the steak prolly did you some good, extra iron and protein - as long as you left the fries behind :pfft:

Awesome work BG... though I highly suspect with some focus on your technique, you will find your Deadlift will jump without any effort another 20kgs or so... the very fact that you are so strong in all your other lifts...

look at it this way.. youve dont a lot of leg work, your benching 100kgs.. you have a strong core.. no reason you shouldnt be doing 3pps on deads...

maybe post up a video ?

Are your knee high socks a sexy hot pink or sheer black ??

Its easier with boys... I have hair on my legs and so talcum powder on top is equivalent to knee high socks :grin:

I had curly fries TFB we went to Hogs Breath and you can't go there without having steak and curly fries :oops: hehe

I always put my weights up in 10kg increments now, my training partners said should we pop on the 2.5kgs and I always go nar throw the 5's on either side I'll give it a crack. I'm very impatient.

Varven I have black socks, so not too exciting really.

Was suppose to finish of legs today however only in at 5am from a very messy night and just had to have a snooze on the work couch.

Chest and Tri's definately tomorrow so will see how I go
