Right last workout before jumping on the plane.

WEIGHTS:

REVERSE GRIP PULLDOWN: 3X12 30LB

BEHIND NECK PULLDOWN: 3X12 50LB

HAMMER CURL: 3X12 7.2KG

DB CONCENTRATION CURL: 3X10 7.2KG

STANDING BB CURL: 4X8 10KG

3X15 5KG

STRAIGHT ARM PULLDOWN: 3X12 50LB

PALM ROTATION DB ROW: 3X12 5KG

MACHINE ROW: 3X12 60LB

STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFT: 3X8 40KG

My journal was waaayyyyy down the bottom there!!

Yes I am back from my holiday yay!! I had a FABULOUS time and ate FAR too much bad stuff!! Lots of desserts, cocktails,wine and the likes!! I went for a 10 min run ONCE and did a leg workout ONCE the rest of the time the only exercise I did was shopping and back and fourth to the buffet tables! I even did a round of lunch buffet like this last week: entree, dessert, main, dessert- the desserts just looked too good so I had to go round twice but have something savoury inbetween to fully enjoy the dessert again!!

The scales tell me I haven't put on a gram- BUT THEY LIE!!!

I think my muscles may have turned to chocolate pudding by the way they flap in the breeze now!

SO back to reality! I woke up at the time I was supposed to be AT work today so lunch ended up being bought which I never do, so not much choice there, but hey I shall ease myself into it slowly!

FLYES: 5kg 3x10

PEC BOARD: 10lb 3x12

WIDE GRIP BB PRESS: 10kg 3x10

Pecs hurt something bad!! Which is GOOD! Really shaking and felt the burn well and truly. Yay to lifting again I missed it!!

Yes I've been highly amused reading the forums that were written while I was away! I missed out on all the action! Who knew huh? I wouldn't have guessed who was crazy that's for sure! Well it keeps it interesting!

You look like you are caning those weights dude!! Will you be posting any update pics soon? You are doing amazing! DAMN!!!

Bah post-holiday-cold-thing going on. I have been trying to ignore it but the sore throat has turned into feeling like crap and stuffy nose damnit! Really lost my appetite and have eaten bugger all today, cardio turned into walking home from work. I am sitting drinking lemon and honey tea and will try to consume some food shortly.

Diet looks like this

M1: protein shake+banana

M2: LF Yoghurt+scoop protein powder+ pear

M3: tuna and salad (teeny bit)

M4: Almonds (like 5)

M5: protein shake

M6: tuna, salad, ww bread

M7: cassein shake

I WILL feel better tomorrow!!!!!!

Yuk still sick, my voice is going now!!! REALLY don't feel like eating, fish- my usual source of protein makes me wanna puke!! blleeerrghh!! My food intake has halved, I'm still eating the same stuff at the same time but only managing to shovel teeny bits down. I had a marmite sandwhich last night for dinner as in the end it's all I could stomach- and a good excuse for a marmite sandwhich!!

I had a sudden burst of energy and went to the gym this arvo, you know when you are sick and you bang into things and have accidents? I had finished doing my pulldowns and hung the bar back up on the cradle and started doing machine rows when *THWACK* the bar falls off the cradle and smacks me right in the head!! So I have a nice egg size lump on my head now too!! :doh:

Sometimes it's best just to stay indoors and be sick huh?

Yep, sometimes when the gym god speaks, ya gotta listen - but kudos to you, you actually stayed and finished off the workout despite being whacked by the equipment...that's hardcore!

A coupla days off and I feel alot better, been dosing myself up with vitamin C and Comvita and manuka honey. Still have an egg on my head from the machine attack on Wednesday! :pfft:

Been shovelling in food but still not enough, kept the protein shakes up and eaten alot of eggs. Being sick in Summer sucks! :twisted:

EErrrrr killed the calves 2 PB's I really don't know how that happened I haven't done a leg workout for 2 weeks apart from carrying bags from clothes shopping in Abu Dhabi and to and from the buffet table.

Alot of shaking and sweating going on during that workout!!!

Triiiieeeddd to get up at 5am to go for a run, didn't make it. Walked home from work instead. No lifting stuff today arms are hurting from yesterday still (yay!)

M2:Oats, scoop protein powder,craisins (I ate this while everybody at work did a doughnut testing morning tea, testing several doughnuts from different bakeries to see who does the best ones- can I have a medal?!!!!

Sad thing is everybody just goes 'oh Vee doesn't like stuff like this' cause I am always sitting there eating my oats like a geek!! And I DO like stuff like that, but I'm not gonna eat it!! So my boss is making a geek club for me where I am the only member!!! :shifty:

Oh well at least I might be able to see my abs one day!!! :pfft:
