Fanks TFB it's a sore throat so was easy to hide I'm not coughing and sneezing all over the place.

Still a bit iffy bloody sore throat still :cry: I have been eating Le manuka honey and lemons, taking viralex and it seems to help. Honey rocks it instantly cures me for about 10 mins :grin:

REALLY want to go train but don't want to make me worse or spread stuff. Might see how I go tomorrow....
