I think we need to start a Tee-shirt line with

W.W.R.D.? written on them for: What Would Rose Do? As a reminder of what would Rose do in *insert tricky situation and/or gym/diet question*

Maybe a list on the back of answers for different situations ie:

sqwat, eat steak, no assisted machines, etc etc I think it's a great idea! :grin:

Yeh knees are feeling it today that fo' sure I went for a hour long run this morning and wimped out at 50 mins legs are D.E.A.D

Just curious - was this the mega-expensive stuff, or just steak cooked some way?

I've heard about Kobe steak, always seemed kinda hinky to me. Can't beat good old grass-fed free range NZ beef to me. Oh, and forget about American beef, it's grain-fed, fat-marbled-through-it junk...

I've heard about Kobe steak, always seemed kinda hinky to me. Can't beat good old grass-fed free range NZ beef to me. Oh, and forget about American beef, it's grain-fed, fat-marbled-through-it junk...

I went out for dinner to a japanese place and it was supposedly kobe beef it wasn't expensive, $15 for a piece but it was stewed like a casserole. I have casserole issues and don't like the stuff. The old man tried it and he is Le Butcher and he wasn't convinced it was special beef.

Oh well, I'll stick to my raw steak next time I go there!

hmmmm yep didn't take long did it? I'm REALLY fussy about meat now too, only certain cuts and certain ways of cooking, raw steak is FTW! :grin:

My butcher's got "fillet tails" (the bits that are too thin to sell as fillet) going cheap - any advice?

My in-house butcher says: How cheap are they? They will be ok, but difficult to cook evenly as they will cook more on one end, might be good for stir fry perhaps? :grin:

I'm having a day off training today too :shock: can't remember the last time I had 2 days off in a row. Been super busy so am super tired have last long training run this weekend then it's the 'thon next weekend :shock: :shock:

I haven't eaten anything bad for 15 days now I can totally tell by the way I feel and my BF has gone down again :D

Must keep it up! I will have crazy nice meal after the marathon I shall be burning around 3000 cals running that so methinks I will be allowed a cheat meal after!

Went to new nutrition store down on Victoria st and got some moar superpump, they were very nice and friendly I can't remember the name of the store now to recommend but they are down by LM.

Got the sewing machine out today and dusted it off and have been sitting making stuff which has been fun!
