Ran 30 mins treadmill 10% incline various speeds till I was a puddle of Vee

Ran 30 mins treadmill 15% incline

Realised that the treadmills actually switch off after 20 mins by themselves I always thought I had hit a wrong button, but today I clicked that they are on a timer! verrry interesting factoid!

Great to hear your Mum's on the mend :)

As for the treadmills-on-timers, wtf's up with that? Now, no gym down here does that :grin: Come on down, you can run til you pop! (which in my case wouldn't take 20mins :oops:)

and the other sad fact I know is the treadmills at LM used to switch off after 99 mins as they didn't have a 3rd window for a 3rd number :doh:

um that's something I just heard about :shifty: There is a girl who looks just like me who has spent a long time on the treadmills apparently, so I heard. :oops:

Hey Vee 100sec plank that's impressive....I'm :grin: I can only do 60 and that is pushing it :oops:

I think my record is 120 sec or so, my trainer has done 5 mins :shock: :roll:

run 9km today, goddamn headphones broke today, I seem to go through them like a pair every 3 months. These latest ones I bought have a life time guarantee HA HA! little do they know I wear mine 2- 3 hours a day taking them through grueling paces at the gym and sweaty LONG runs! I'm taking them back and getting a replacement and getting my moneys worth! :grin:

M1: sludge

M2: sludge

M3: chicken, salad, egg

M4: cottage cheese, egg, salad

M5: steak, egg, veges =P~

oh thanks! It's just practise! and a bit of craziness!

4km today am heading to The Tron again to check on my mummy will try to make it to Les Mills there, if not I plan on my 22km run on Sunday to the lake then x4 laps of it and run back to me mums that should do it! I will take camera for evidence!

yeppy doodle dandy! Cars are for lazy people! I am booked in for the Auckland marathon on November 1st :shock: that is 42km.

I need some practise ie: training to be able to run that far hence the stupidly long runs!

I'm sicky :( I went down to the tron and have had a sore throat and general feeling sick all weekend, I thought I'd rest yesterday and spent most of the day asleep, but I still feel yukky today grrrrrrrrrr

So I am taking today off work so I can get better!!!

Worst thing is I don't feel like eating, I have some aged steak waving at me from my fridge I will try to consume today.
