I LOVE my new diet! It's FAR more interesting than before, I feel better, not sure about more energy though. People like me more :shock: I'm easier to feed and a all round better person LOL.

RMG ROCKS! \:D/ I'm quite happy just eating Le Steak all the time :grin:

No! I have no vege mates I was always the 'weird' one :roll: So they are all pleased now!

Pullups: x5 under hand x5 over hand, trainer held my feet together and spotted me, so helped by trainer but not on assisted machine was on big kids scary bars! Freaking hard!

Flat Bench press: 35kg x12, 30kg x12, x10, x8 25kg x16

Decline Bench press: 20kg x25, x15 (to fail)

DB Lawnmowers: 15kg x10, 17.5kg x8

Fly: 27.5kg x8, 22.5kg x8

Tricep pulldowns: 40lb x12, 30lb x12

Dips: x25, x15 (to fail)

Ran 5km this morning at Le silly early

FOODSICLES:

M1: Sludge

M2: Sludge

M3: beef, green beans, PB, spinach

M4: beef, green beans, pb, spinach

M5: beef, brocolli, green beans, avocado

So in news today:

I did a chinup all by myself with no spotting help from machine or man! WOOHOO!! :grin:

did 30 min HIIT this morning, followed by x1 Le Chin Up and some random abs.

Weighted crunches decline 10kg x10x3

Hanging leg raises: 10 x3

FOOD:

M1: Sludge

M2: Sludge

M3: beef, spinach, pb

M4: beef, spinach, pb

M5: steak, spinach, green beans, pb

maybe more sludge I will see how I go....

14km is just the begining, I have a marathon to run in 2 months :shock: :crazy:

Sludge is my saviour and very delicious! It's carb free goodness!

Early morning session! Yay! Tried me chinups again and only got 1/2 way up :( I did try after all my other stuff so I'll blame it on that. :cry:

WEIGHTSICLES

Bent over BB row: 20kg x12 x2

Upright row: 17.5kg x12x2

Seated Row: 60lb x10, 45lb x8

Incline DB fly: 7kg x10, 8kg x8

21's: 15kgx2 finished last full motion rep with 12.5kg just didn't quite make it!

Chin up: 1/2 one :(

CARDIOSICLES:

30 mins HIIT treadmill

FOODSICLES:
