Thanks Laura!! :grin: I had a couple of crazy weeks where everything went up and up like mad it was very exciting!!

5:30am gym this morning :shock: slinging weights around at the time of the morning is difficult!

Seems like another day ago since then!

Went to pub after work with work people and was 1/2 good, I had a long black but then ate pizza.

WEIGHTS:

Lat raise: 3kgx12, 2kgx10, 2kgx8

Shoulder press: 15kgx16, 10kgx10, 10kgx20

Leg Curl: 35kgx12x2

Ball Squat: 10kg x14x2

Lunge: 10kg bag x15x2

Plank: 60 sec (not my usual 90sec :twisted: )

Ball twist: 5kg x30

Crunch: 5kg x15

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, almonds

M2: oats, scoop pp, peaches

M3: tuna, salad

M4: LF yoghurt, scoop PP

M5: pizza x3 slices

M6: protein shake

M7: emms power cookie+coffee

I'm having to go out to the airport to pick my dad up he is arriving at 1am but I have to get the 10pm bus out there and wait :cry:

So power cookie and coffee should see me through I would have been awake for 21 hours by then :-s more coffee methinks.

SO I want to get to the gym tomorrow morning too I shall see how it goes.

M2: oats, scoop PP, Peaches

M3: omelette, veges, tofu

M4: oats, ginger, ginseng tea

M5: veges, tofu

M6: protein shake

Ate a sandwich at the airport last night I was starving and didn't take any food for the 3 hour wait :twisted: must staple food to me so I have some on me at all times!!

Cancelled driving lesson tomorrow, I'm really tired I hate not having enough sleep, but it's good to see my daddy! :grin:

Went and bought some more supplies from Moes, he is SO VERY nice (and HUGE) I got a free shaker which actually works and doesn't spill everywhere when I shake it!

Bought some more True mass Yum yum and Nitrix which I haven't tried before but I ran outta superpump and I thought Id give it a go, anybody else used it before??

Leggies in the am today then did a spin class just now :pale: I was having second thoughts while queuing for the class, it's SOoooooo good I am buggered now.

OK - time to step my game up. 75lb leg curls is getting close to what I do!

Learn to love those lunges - sooo good for butt & leggies.

I'm trying to love them, they don't love me back they are quite mean in fact!!!

True mass is great! , I originally stole some from my husband now I have become addicted to it! Superpump rocks too it gives you great pumps and I have managed to get out a few more reps from it I reckon. I will start the nitrix tomorrow and keep you posted how it goes. I am a supplement whore! :lol:

Yep mornings are great for that! Mondays seem to be busy at my gym too for some reason. Friday and Saturday nights are dead too, I guess other people have a life then!!

Treadmill: 10mins at 10km/hour

I am cooked now :grin:

Leggies are very sore from yesterday still but I think todays cardio has loosened them up.

good luck with the nitrix! il be watching for your analysis. im almost outa superpump, and i put in a supp order yesterday, gna have a crack at plasmajet. ive tried it before, and found it too intense - but that was stacking it with superpump aswell! if your nitrix goes well i might give that a stab next..

Thanks SFS! man stacking plasma and superpump together would be intense!! I could just imagine!! I started the Nitrix this morning, it's strange taking it 3 times a day, I was only taking Superpump or Noexplode pre-training. So we'll see how it goes, so far so good no adverse side effects only good ones!! I'll keep you posted!

Had yesterday off, it was nice but felt a bit twitchy like I should have be going to the gym. PT killed me tonight, I had a BF test which she is going to do the tricky maths and text me tonight with the results oooo the anticipation!! My upper body has half the amount of fat as my lower but I already knew that!! Damn girly fat!!

wow looking awesome. how much did your bf% come out at? and how far away are you from getting your liscense, catching the bus to the airport sucks :(

BF came in at................. 24%, thought it might be around there somewhere, so it's a challenge to get it down over the next couple of months..... no gym today I have a visitor from OZ but fully intend to get up early and go tomorrow. I am off to bed while he and my husband drink beer and have fun :evil: must go to gym must go to gym.......
