First time in a spin class for me today, it was great! Thought I might die at one point but you have to keep going as the instructor is yelling at you 'If you think you can't do anymore DO MORE turn it up a notch!!'

If my thighs don't get slimmer doing all this I'm gonna go get liposuction. If all this doesn't work nothing will!!!

1 hour spin class

Hanging leg raises: 3x12

ab machine 70kg 3x12

Plank 90 secs then another of 30secs straight after owwwwwwwwwww

FOOD:

M1: protein shake

M2: oats, scoop PP, peaches

M3: Tuna, salad+ 1/2 dark choc easter egg mmmmmmmmmm

M4: Protein shake

M5: tofu, ww pita bread, lettuce

M6: postworkout shake

M7: tofu, veges

Actually - the most impressive thing about that post was the fact that you still have easter eggs left over, a week after Easter :clap:

I know, I have more in the fridge still!! I have become one of those annoying people that hangs onto their chocolate and doesn't eat the whole thing at once!! How did that happen???

Did a pump class this morning, haven't done one in years so was a little light on the weight as I wasn't sure what weight to use when. It was good but not as good as the spin class yesterday :lol:

FOOD:

M1: protein shake

M2: Eggs,spinach,mushrooms

M3: protein shake

M4: tofu, ww pita, avocado

M5: protein bar

M6: pumpkin soup

M7: casein shake

Met with PT again tonight and went through some more weights to structure my programme- it's exciting!!

WEIGHTS:

Leg Curl: 2x12

Lunges: 2x15 walking lunges knee to the floor with 10kg bag on back

Wall squat: 2x10 10kg each hand

Tricep pulldown: 2x12

Bicep curl: 2x12 7kg each hand

Hammer curl: 2x12 7kg

Tricep press: 10kg 2x7

Dips: x28 to failure

Lat raise: 4kgx15, 3kgx10 2kgx8

20 mins on x trainer

FOOD:

M1: protein shake+almonds+banana

M2: oats, scoop PP, peaches

M3: tuna, beans, salad

M4: apple, almonds

M5: postworkout shake

M6: omelette, veges

M7: casein shake

Bed I am buggered now.

8) dont need a tshirt to do that

and yeah going from wat luigi said iron's angels sounds gooodz

so that M for me, u, flamer, poos and an XL for biggurl :lol: jokes

I had a curtain lady around and I have been looking at fabrics for 4 hours, she has just left and my brain hurts from it all.

But I will have nice curtains when they get done!

eeerr Ok you kinda all right!

When I get my new carpet they will match- well in Vee-Land things that match are actually in contrast. So I'm having black carpet all over and in the lounge I'm having red curtains with a bright pink pattern, in my bedroom I'm having black curtains and in my spare room I'm having purple curtains- which matches my sofa in the spare room. The black carpet matches my black table, coffee table and paintwork and bar stools and god knows I have alot of black! But I do have a hot pink kitchen- with lime green cupboards! How on earth my hubby agreed to that I'll never know!

My new programme is very different to what I have been doing and is taking me awhile to get my head around it. It's great and my arms feel like they are going to fall off!

WEIGHTS:

Fly machine: 50lbs 2x10

Bench Press: 30kgx8, x10

Dips: x20 to (to fail)

Tricep pushdown: 27kg x10, x8

French press: 10kg x10, x8

Tricep extension: 5kg x10, 7kg x10

DB Curl: 7kg x12

Hammer Curl: 7kgx8

DB Curl: 5kg x25

Dips: x25 (to fail)

Single arm row: 16kg x10, 17kg x8

Straight arm pulldown: 35kg x12, x10

Assisted wide Chin ups: 40kg assistance x25 (to fail) hold on the last one owww

X trainer 20mins at level 10-12

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, almonds, banana

M2: oats, scoop PP, peaches

M3: omelette, veges, flaxseed oil

M4: LF yoghurt, scoop PP

M5: postworkout shake

M6: eggs, tuna, veges

M7: casein shake

Gonna get up at stupid o clock tomorrow and do my legs as I don't have much time tomorrow evening. I think I'm gonna start going to the gym in the morning again it's just easier and I end up with more time if I do i that way plus it's not so busy. I haven't even been on the treadmill yet as there's actual queues for them!
