I was trying to space them out so it didn't look so bad otherwise it would have been M5: 6 glasses of wine :pfft:

ahahaaha, nice cover :clap: , for a moment there u looked like an achoholic :pfft:

Maybe I'll just write 1x bottle of wine does that sound like less? :grin:

Yeh but it's still really bad for you, while you have alcohol in your system your body can only try to get rid of it, it won't burn fat while you have alcohol in your system. Plus I was drinking white wine anywho!!! Bad vee

So Today I did shoulders, there was some kind of tour going on at the gym. The door kept opening and people kept standing and watching and browsing through the gym, I think we have more students moving into the building by the looks of it!!

WEIGHTS:

BB SHOULDER PRESS: 5KG/7.2KG/10KG X8 (PB!!!)

5KG 3X15

BB UPRIGHT ROW: 10KG/15KG/15KG X12 (PB!!)

FRONT LAT RAISE: 2.5KG 3X8

SIDE LAT RAISE: 2.5KG 3X8

MILITARY PRESS: 7.2KG 3X10

BB PULLOVER AND PRESS: 10KG 3X12

DB LYING XTENSION: 5KG 3X8

DB XTENSION: 10KG 3X12

CRUNCHES: BW+10KG 3X20

LEG RAISE: BW 3X20

FOOD:

M1: protein shake+banana+almonds

M2: oats, scoop protein powder, craisins

M3: vege beef, salad

M4: LF yoghurt, scoop protein powder

M5: banana pre workout I was hungry!!

M6: postworkout shake

M7: tuna, beans

M8: cassein shake

Those weights are creaping up, nice work! Bloody tours... reminds me of my ex work colleague went to view a few gyms and got shown about, I asked what one was like out of genuine interest, she said "it was arse!", I said "oh yeah then what the hell does that look like?", she said "And haven't you ever had the tour of the bum?" :roll: :lol:

Wednesdee today!

I keep setting my alarm for 5am and getting up turning it off and going back to bed. :shifty:

So I did HIIT this arvo after work.

20 mins HIIT treadmill, it was like running in a sauna, in mud, with gumboots on. Geez it's hot!!!

FOOD:

M1: protein shake,banana,almonds

M2: Oats, scoop protein powder, pineapple

M3: tuna, 4 corn thins, 1/2 avocado

M4: LF yoghurt+scoop protein powder

M5: Tuna,peanut butter, ww bread

M6: cassein shake

Had my first driving lesson ever this evening!!! I'm a late starter for driving!!!

That was scary!! He assures me in 10 lessons I will be ready to get my license - at least I was put in the deep end 6pm traffic in central Auckland, I like being in the deep end! :shock:

Anywho did a quick express workout before I went, and realised I faff about normally and could get in and out of the gym much quicker that I do. My normal 1 hour- 1 hour 20 min was done in 40 mins, in out no mucking about!

CHEST:

FLYES: 5KG EACH HAND 3X12

7.2KG EACH HAND 4X6

PEC BOARD: 10LB 3X12

DB PRESS: 7.2KG EACH HAND 3X12

CHEST PRESS: 50LB 3X10

60LB 4X6

BENCH DIPS: BW+ 10KG 3X6

TRICEP CABLE PRESSDOWN: 40LB 3X12

DB KICKBACK: 5KG/7.2KG/7.2KG X12 (PB!!!)

FOOD:

M1: Protein shake, banana, almonds

M2: oats, scoop protein powder, peaches

M3: salmon, veges

M4: LF yoghurt, scoop protein powder

M5: postworkout shake

M6: tuna, ww wrap

M7: cassein shake with fruit

I've done 4 weeks of this programme now so I'm gonna write a new one over the weekend. I would like to make some changes in my diet just cause I'M BORED of it!! I have shifted some of the holiday fat by the looks of it! :-)

I shall do some new pics on the weekend to compare.

Driving is scary!!!

Would I? I would LOVE to!! My god that's like my perfect car! Only 3 things holding me back:

1) only had first driving lesson today I am still A LONG way from driving!!

2) I don't have that kind of money

3) I don't have a carpark

Otherwise I would!!!

Auckland's easy to drive in, right, 'cos all the traffic jams mean you never get anywhere quickly :evil: Why is it, I can fly from Wellingtn to Auckland in forty-five minutes, but it can take 90 mins to get from Mangere to Devonport??

But what Vee needs is my PT...60s rests between sets, shifting between groups of sets, 60s 60s 60s...tough-as! but undeniably effective!

Hmm that sounds like what I need to do, I used to do that with BFL cause you have to do into the workouts in like 40 mins or you turn into a pumpkin or something like that anyways.

5am run in the rain this morning.

Did the usual switched alarm off then I realised it was raining I LOVE running in the rain!! So I got dressed and went out, dodging the drunks still out from last night at the local 24 hour bar.

FOOD:

M1: protein shake,banana,almonds

M2: oats, scoop protein powder, peaches

M3: tuna, wrap, veges, avocado (yummmm avocado!!!)

M4: LF yoghurt, protein powder

M5: Tuna, wrap, veges (feel a little repetitive)

M6: cassein shake

Your diet has been awesome, I am very impressed/inspired by it and your ability to stick to it!! You must be looking hawt :D

Thanks Laura! I am a little bored of it and I want to make some changes this weekend even if only little I shall be hitting the stupidmarket in search of new things!! :grin:

Ah rest day! It wasn't meant to be one but I got a headache this arvo and it wouldn't go away, I don't usually have headaches so I don't know what that was about. Anywho got my hair cut and did some cleaning oh whoopie!

I have another driving lesson 8:30 tommorrow morning :shock:

Stay off the roads if you are in Auckland around that time! I will be about an hour so should be all safe after that. :grin:
