Nope not at all I've had 3 light beers over 5 hours I'm very sober! My friend I went out with was sneaky smoking weed the whole night in her roll-ups and is currently crashed out in my spare room. I was the sober boring person as I didn't get to get into it!!!!! damn!

sounds like my night! was rats as, and alas im on nzbb at 2.17am

sad life i lead :(

Still feeling weak bit of a full on week this week I got myself a second job teaching on Wednesday evenings plus I'm doing a Post Grad course and have an essay due on Friday oh and working a full time job and learning to drive as well as this BB malarky busy busy busy!!!!!!

Scheduled day off from gym I forgot about it and was gearing up to go thinking 'I've worked every body part this week though what will I do?' then realised that Fridays I have off derrrrrrr :crazy:

Handed in essay feel a great relief! Now the stress of what mark will I get? :?

Went shoe shopping today found a pair I LOVE but thought they might be too high so didn't buy them. My husband has swiftly reminded me that I always say fashion is not about comfort and even if you have to cut off your toes to get into a cute pair of shoes it's worth it. So I will go back tomorrow and buy them :pfft:

I'm changing my workouts as of today because I've been doing the last lot for a couple of months and need to change it up. I also bought new trackies which is exciting as the last ones are falling off me I keep having to hoist them up which is very annoying, yes great day of shopping!

Seated row: 45kg? 3x12

BB curl: 12kg 10x3 half curls the last 3

Rear Delt machine: 55lb? 3x12
