400l - loads room for chicken and tuna in there!

You weren't tempted to do the Round the Bays? Looked like a nice day for it.

Nar I did it a couple of years ago and I got run over by a guy pushing a pushchair I swore I would never do it again it was very unfriendly for a fun run! There's kids on bikes and skates it's impossible to run the whole thing without stopping to dodge the walkers/kids just not my idea of fun!!

oo i wondered where you'd gone.

what's wrong :( ?

I had a bit of a scare I found a lump in my boob! I went to the doctors and she found more lumps! So I have been prodded and tested for everything and am fine it seems I don't have much fat smoothing the lumps out anymore and I am just lumpy!! A bit of a scary experience but I am totally fine yay!!!!

That's good news! I found a lump a while back but had an ultrasound and it turned out to be a cyst which is quite common in breast tissue.

Thanks guys! That's very nice of you all!

Yes I go to see my muscles in the ultra sound which was exciting! There IS a thin layer of muscle there!! Muscle is very dense and sturdy where tissue is swishy and jelly like. Very interesting!

Well done Vee...a lot of folks would say a 10k run was all they'd do in a day... and then to follow-up with PB's galore...wicked, especially those 2x10kg db lunges

You should have a go at the Leg Press Challenge - incline leg press, loaded for bodyweight only, how many presses can you do without stopping!. I reckon you could be the energizer bunny of legs!

Thanks TFB! I did a driving lesson straight after my run and my legs locked up somewhat had to get out the car like a little old lady!!

LEG PRESS CHALLENGE??? I LOVE a challenge!! I don't have an incline press though only flat can I use that??

Um, I think the differences mean the "effective weights" can vary - I know what I can do on eg a lying leg press (with stack) is vastly different to a plate-loaded incline press...

What's the most common machine - seated stack, lying stack, incline-sled press?

I have no idea, I have always used incline or lying until I started using my apartment block gym- we have very little equipment so I'm making do till I totally run out of weights! Hmmm so I won't be able to do the comp till I join a real gym! It is inevitable I will have to join one soon!!
