No weights today just cardio, I ran home from work for the first time in a LONG time, it was ( great fun! yes sad me huh?)

SO Run 4.5km

FOOD:

M1: protein shake +banana

M2: Oats, scoop protein powder, craisins

M3: tuna, rice thins, salad

M4: almonds

M5: Protein shake

M6: fish + veges

M7: cassein shake

Having such a terrible week at work yuk! You know when you just hate everything at work and everybody and just want to retire!!! I'm having one of those weeks, can't wait for the weekend!!!

WEIGHTS:

Cable pressdown: 30lb x20, 30lb x20, 40lb x20 (PB 8) )

Tricep Extension: 5kg 3x20

Bench Dip: BW+ 20kg 3x8 (PB 8) )

Machine Press: 50lb x8, 60lb x8, 60lb x8 (PB 8) )

DB Bench press: 5kg each hand 3x20

DB Press: 5kg each hand 3x8

Flyes: 5kg each hand 3x8

FOOD

M2: cashews

M3: fish,veges,pear

Yay yeehar!! It's Fridee!!! Fabulous!!

Diet went a little skewif today as I missed 2 meals :-(

I have started a Post Grad course and had to re-arrange my day and didn't get to eat!

WEIGHTS

BB Curl: 3x25 7.2kg

Preacher Curl: 3x15 7.2kg (PB!!!)

Hammer Curl: 3x25 5kg

LawnMower: 3x8 15kg

WG Lat Pulldown: 50lbx8, 60lbx8, 60lbx8 (PB!!!)

Captains chair: BW 3x15

Missed the deadlifts as gym was very busy and couldn't get to them, I might go tomorrow and do them, I'll see how it all pans out.

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, banana

M2: almonds+cashews

M3: rice pasta+tuna+veges

M4: postworkout True Mass shake -Yummoooooo!!!

M5: tuna, veges

M6: cassein shake

I tried some true mass as I have run out of my normal protein and my husband uses True Mass so I thought I'd give it a go, I had 2 scoops instead of the allotted 3, it's soooooo nice! I think I will keep using this after workouts. Any ladies out there used this before?

Bought some ZMA today as I have run outta my usual magnesium and thought I'd try that for a change.

Watch out for some mighty interesting dreams...at least thats what happened with me, :shock:

Nope I haven't tried t before, ooooo interesting dreams huh? I have strange enough ones as it is!! This could be scary :shock:

Maybe it's just women... I've used ZMA for a while, never noticed a thing.

Was that a organised "Road Run" or just hitting the streets for cardio ?

I will keep you posted on the ZMA thing then, just thought I'd give it a go, I guess you can't really tell if any of the stuff really works!!

Nope just a dis-organised run by myself goddamn nearly killed me! I'm trying to run a little further each week at the moment, I can't believe I ran a marathon 4 months ago. It's very frustrating to have lost that fitness!!

On the ZMA issue - I tend to find I occassionally have some freaky dreams, not nightmares, just really vivid stuff!

Also find hair & nails get quite strong & healthy.

I haven't had any more crazy dreams than I normally have so far, but I always remember my dreams for some reason and they are usually parallel to the day that just happened in some warped way.

Looking forward to stronger nails and hair! :grin: that sounds great!

Still buggered today, had a crazy weekend running about so gonna give the gym a a miss today.

Walked for over an hour from work to pick up some things and then back home so don't feel like I've done nothing!

Just did leg workout and I feel sick yurrrkkk!!!! I did it without rests, I'm not sure why but I just couldn't be bothered to wait in between sets I have a sneaky feeling that's why I feel very sick!

WEIGHTS:

Leg Press: 4x10 180lb (PB!!)

Leg Extension: 4x10 60lb

Single Leg Curl: 2x10 20lb, 2x10 30lb

Lunges: DB's all used up so 80 x body weight

Calf Raise 2x10 180lb, 2x10 190lb (PB!!!)

One legged calf raise: 2x10 100lb, 2x10 120lb (PB!!)

Captains chair- straight legged: BW 3x15

FOOD:

M1: protein shake+banana+almonds

M2: oats, ammaranth, scoop protein powder, blueberries

M3: tuna, avocado, rice thins

M4: ww bread postworkout

M5: postworkout shake

M6: salmon, veges

M7: cassein shake

I usually feel like chucking while doing legs, but I felt really bad yesterday and a little this morning too :( BUT I OK now!! :grin:

Yep, that 'gotta hurl' feeling is all about the intensity - nice job!

Damn legs, I kind of get 'the fear' before doing them as I know I'm gonna feel sick!! It's all good though, muscles are begining to grow :P

Felt sick till mid-morning from leggies last night(no morning sickness jokes please!) , I went to bed at 8 as I felt so awful! :shock:

I'm totally fine now yay! :P

I ran home from work 4.5km, it was great, a little easier than last week, it's up hill till about 1/2 way then it's down hill then a short up hill burst to my front door.

I have a on-going competition with my husband, it started in 2000 and basically the first person to obtain a 6 pack wins everything. Believe it or not neither of us has won yet. BUT this morning my top two abs are sticking out (in a good light, if you sqwint your eyes!) HA! I am a step closer to winning!! :pray:

I showed him and he is a little scared as he has stopped going to the gym recently! \:D/
