ohh I need to do some cardio. Where do u run up hill in city?

Either college hill, or up Victoria street- from victoria park or up wellesley from victoria park. Around Albert park is good too nice and steep.

Do you ever run Mt. Eden? I used to do hill sprints up that side street from Mountain Road. Killer :pfft:

Nope it is on my list of runs to do, but never have! Hills are mean but they get you fit!!

Had a day off yesterday, it wasn't planned but I got home late from work and just couldn't be arsed really, no excuse really!!! Food was all fine no day off from that regime!!

Today I got taken out to lunch, a buffet lunch in the sky tower yum yum so I had to sample the deserts as otherwise it would have been a waste of money right?!

hee hee.

WEIGHTS:

BB Curl: 3x25 7.2kg

Preacher Curl: 3x25 5kg

Hammer Curl: 3x25 5kg

Lawnmower: 1x8 10kg 2x8 15kg (PB!!)

Deadlift: 3x8 50kg

WG Lat pulldown: 3x8 50lb (PB!!)

Crunches: BW+10kg 3x20

FOOD:

M1: protein shake+banana

M2: protein shake+banana (feeling a little repetitive)

M3: scallops,salad

M4: gurnard, salad, ice cream + pavlova

M5: Protein shake

hmmmm not so good on the food but it's my birthday weekend!! So I'll let me off.

Good idea! I never thought of that and ice cream is kinda like a frozen protein shake?

I have birthday cake and cocktails to look forward to today!! I wonder what I can pass those off as?

Got my leg workout in before any birthday-ness!

WEIGHTS:

Leg press: 160lb 4x10

Leg Extension: 50lb 2x10, 60lb 2x10 (PB!!)

Lunges: 10kg each hand4x10

Leg Curl: 30lb 4x10

Calf Raise: 180lb 4x10 (PB!!)

Single leg calf raise: 100lb 4x10

Captains chair: BW 15x3 (straight legged)

FOOD SO FAR:

M1: Protein shake- have run out of bananas :-(

M2: Postworkout shake+almonds

M3: omelette

There will be BAD food things from here on in today YAY!!! :pfft:

Close grip BP: 25kg 4x10

BB Curl: 10x10kg 1x8 12.5kg, 1x6 12.5kg 1x3 12.5kg (PB!!!) Owwwwwww

DB Curl: 7.2kg 3x10

Hammer Curl: 7.2kg 3x10

Tricep extension: 12.5kg 4x10

BB Wrist curl: 5kg 1x20, 2x15

BB reverse wrist curl: 5kg 3x20

Crunches: BW+10kg 3x15

FOOD:

M1: protein shake+banana

M2: doughnut :shifty:

M3: Tuna, avocado, rice thins, almonds

M4:LF yoghurt+scoop protein powder

M5: postworkout shake

M6: eggs, tuna, salad

M7: cassein shake
