Ah rest day! It wasn't meant to be one but I got a headache this arvo and it wouldn't go away, I don't usually have headaches so I don't know what that was about. Anywho got my hair cut and did some cleaning oh whoopie!

M1: Protein shake,banana

M2: eggs,asaragus, 1 piece vogel

M3: tuna, salad

M4: tuna salad, ww wrap

M5: tuna, salad, protein cookie (yummm)

M6: cassein shake

I have another driving lesson 8:30 tommorrow morning :shock:

Stay off the roads if you are in Auckland around that time! I will be about an hour so should be all safe after that. :grin:

what portion sizes of tuna do you have?

I eat the plain boring 185 gram cans - they are on special at New world at the mo for $1.79 each BTW! :grin:

Such exciting lives huh, cleaning? I was doing some more last night and thinking 'what ever happened to going out every friday and saturday night?' ' here I am cleaning on a saturday night!!' and in bed by 9:30!! :shock:

WEIGHTS:

leg extension: 50lb 4x8

Single leg press: 120lb 3x8

Leg Press: 180lb 3x20

Lunges: 10kg each hand 3x8

Single leg curl: 30lb 3x10 (PB)

Romanian deadlift: 50lb x5, x8, x5

Buggered will do calves and abs tomorrow feel a bit sick from all that.

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, banana

M2: omelette+ fish

M3: postworkout shake

M4: almonds

M5: fish, veges

M6: cassein shake

5am 30 min road run, goddamn those hills, when I was marathon fit I could fly up those hills now it sounds like I'm having a heart attack half way up! This is why it's good to run so early in the morning then nobody can see me struggling!!

I'm getting there though, I will get that fit again!

M2: oats, scoop protein powder, peaches

M3:tuna, 1/2 ww wrap, salad

M4: LF Yoghurt, scoop protein powder

M5:tuna, wrap, salad, hummus

M6: cassein shake

So much for new food, I can't find anything in the stupidmarket that looks good...need some new recipes.......

Yep I agree muscles certainly are better looking than being fit! BUT I need to do the cardio to remove the flab to see the muscles! Plus I'm not gonna let those hills win!! :twisted:

Close Grip BP: 10kg/15kg/20kg/25kg x10 (PB!!!!!!!! :grin: )

Cable pressdown: 40lb 4x10

BB Curl: 10kg 4x10

DB Curl: 7.2kg 3x10

Hammer Curl: 7.2kg 3x10

Tricep Extension: 12.5kg 4x10 (PB!!!!! :grin: )

BB Wrist curl: 5kg 3x20 (OUCH I forgot about these!!)

BB Reverse Curl: 5kg 3x20 (owwwwwwwwwwwww)

Crunches: BW+10kg 3x15

It was a little frightening as I didn't have a spotter !! :shock:

I was looking over my programme and I have doubled some of my weights over the past 5 weeks!!! 8) woohoo!!! :grin:

Couldn't/didn't get my butt outta bed for a run so just walked back home from work instead, I'm off to see if I can borrow some money to do some renovations in my apartment now-scary! :shock:

Ow ow triceps hurt now!! I have started back on the 'Add an inch to your arms etc' programme again as it worked last time just great! I forgot how much it totally kills your arms. Some days are low reps heavy weights and some days are light weights high reps thus killing your arms in every way possible!

WEIGHTS:

Cable pressdown: 30lb 3x20

Tricep Xtension: 5kg 3x20

Bench Dip: BW+10kg 3x8

Machine Press: 50lb 3x8 (all the BB were taken)

DB bench press: 5kg each hand 3x20

DB press: 5kg each hand 3x8

Flyes: 5kg each hand 3x8

FOOD:

M1: protein shake+banana

M2: spinach and eggs

M3: tuna, rice thins, salad,pear

M4: LF yoghurt, scoop protein powder

M5: postworkout shake

M6: tuna, crackers, salad

M7: cassein shake

My arms feel like they are on fire. That is a good thing :shock:
