Got up 5am and went for 30 min road run, god it was difficult getting my arse outta bed now I'm used to sleeping in!!! But YES I felt better for it goddamnit!!

And it was still HOT at 5am :shifty:

It's bloody hot in the gym and we have no fans I'm thinking of taking my own as I think I lost about 2 litres of sweat this evening as people keep switching the sauna on and leaving the door open!! :evil:

LEGS:

Leg extension: 50lb 4x8

Single leg press: 120lb 3x8

Leg Press: 180lb 3x20

Lunge: 10kg each hand 3x8

Single leg curl: 20lb 3x8

Romanian Deadlift: 50kg 3x5

Calf Raise: 160lb 3x15

1/4 sit up: BW+10kg 3x12

FOOD:

M1: protein shake+banana+almonds

M2:oats, Protein powder,craisins

M3: Tuna, eggs, salad, apple

M4: LF Yoghurt, scoop protein powder

M5: Postworkout shake

M6: Tuna, salad, ww bread

M7: cassein shake

Finding it's too hot to eat, just shovelling the food in anyway.

Today was range release day (I is a working in fashion industry)

SOOooo worked late and ate bad at the end....

M1: Protein shake,almonds,banana

M2: oats, Protein shake, craisins

M3: tuna,salad

M4: LF yoghurt, scoop protein powder

M5: honey nuts, salt and vinegar crisps+ 2 glasses wine

M6: Tofu,cabbage,2x glasses wine

M7: x2 glasses wine

M8: Toasted sandwhich, x1 glass wine

Bed methinks

Exercise today in non-exsitant! :shock:

Back from Tron and parent visiting, diet has been rubbish today, oh well!

WEIGHTS:

Reverse Grip Pulldown: 12x20lb, 12x30lb, 12x40lb (PB!!)

Behind Neck Pulldown: 12x 50lb, 12x 60lb, 12 x60lb (PB!!!)

Hammer Curl: 12x7.2kg, 12x10kg, 12x10kg (PB!!!!!!!!!!!)

DB Concentration Curl: 3x12 7.2kg

Standing BB curl: 4x8 10kg

Straight Arm Pulldown: 3x12 40lb

Machine Row: 3x12 60lb

BB Shrugs: 3x8 30kg

DB Pullover: 3x12 7.2kg

Really couldn't be bothered going to the gym and forced myself to go and then did really well with the PBs!! Hoorah!!!

M1: Cornflakes+blueberries (at my mums I forgot to take Protein powder+oats)

M2: Tuna, salad

M3:Tuna, ww bread, salad, Chocolate chip cookie :oops:

M4: Postworkout shake

M5: vege beef+veges

M6: cassein shake

Monday! I'm gonna do cardio every other day like I used to-I need it!!!

I measured myself today for the first time in ages and it's not pretty and I know it's not all muscle that's been slapped on my thighs!!! Damn holiday food!!!

Anywho!

Walked 4.5km home from work and HIIT 20mins on treadmill- geez that was good! I ain't done any HIIT in ages!

FOOD:
