TRMG apologises and hopes you were able to find other suitable options such as 'lamb' or 'venison' :pray:

Thankyou RMG it has been most inconvenient! I found chicken, ham, and bacon instead. I will go in search again so you can redeem yourself.

I went late in the evening but the sqwat crew were hogging le sqwat racks so I messed about with the vanity leg machines until one became free.

Leg Extension: 63.5kg x8 72kg x6, 72kg x6 (PB! :grin: )

Leg Curl: 31.5kg x8, 31.5kg x8, 31.5kg x6

Glute machine: 52kg x8, 52kg x8- then rack became free so I abandoned the machinery

Sqwat: 30kg x9, 30kg x8, 35kg x6, 30kg x8

Calf raise- standing: 54.5kg x8, 54.5kg x8, 54.5kg x8

Reverse curl: x15

Foodsicles can't remember but the usual assortment of meat with a small sprinkling of vegetables and far too much coffee.

At least we have good coffee here - I recommend the Fuel hole-in-the-wall next to the Metro New World on Willis St.

oooo I've seen those places they look good! Coffee has replaced all my other vices :grin:

Yep I've given up all the other goodies I have to get my kicks from a long black!

I personally find Fuel to be the McDonalds of coffee, in just about every respect :snooty:

First time in Le Wellingtonian gym, it's strange being in a different gym, weight increments on the DB is different and all the DB match with LM logo written on them! Verrwy fancy! Water fountains are better and it's not jam packed with blokes that have forgotten to train their legs.

Bench was crap today, if I don't continuously do bench it just gets more difficult damn it!

Well I endeavour to get back into my programme now woot!

House is still a mess, still unpacking, spent Christmas day watching saw 6 and eating meat.

Bench: 30kg x6, 30kg x6, 30kg x6

Arnie DB press: 7.5kg x8, 7.5kg x8, 7.5kg x8 forced into a PB no 7kg DBs!! :grin:

DB Skull crusher: 12.5kg x8, 15kg x6, 15kg x8 PB woot!! :grin:

BB Bent over row: 27.5kg x8, 27.5kg x8, 27.5kg x10 I will put this up next time

Reverse curl: x10

Foodsicles:

M1: protein shake, banana and blueberrie smoothie

Swing and a miss. Pretty much any cafe on Cuba st is the place to go for coffee.

Problem fixed - GA is right, Cuba St's pretty good for Coffee. As for bakeries...yep, there's some good ones up there too.

Just as well you got lotsa boxes to unpack, eh! :grin:

Cake =P~ maybe when I've finished arranging, re-arranging and trying to find a place for all the things that were in the drawer of doom- you know the drawer that you put things in because you don't know where else to put them?

Well there is no drawer in this new place so I have to find an actual place for those things or throw them out. Stuff like old passport photos, will I need them again? Matches, will these be useful for a BBQ perhaps?

Haha think of all the calories you will be burning whilst unpacking!

Went to the GIANT les gym again this mornink, got totally lost, couldn't locate a sqwat rack, did deads in scary powerlifting area and wandered confused by the FIVE stories that it is.

In desperation went down to reception and asked for Le tour.

I have now located THE squat rack on the FIFTH FLOOR, there is no elevator/escalator so will be interesting on leg day :shock: although there is a special disabled gym area I guess because it's on so many floors with no other access than the stairs.

There is a fancy cardio theatre which is blacked out with a giant screen playing music videos fancy shamancy!

So weightsicles today a bit of a disaster area

Leg Extension: 100lbx8, 100lbx8, 100lb x8

Deads: 60kg x6, 60kg x6, 60kg x6 :-s are the weights heavier here? :oops:

Thanks Nessie! I'm glad to get back into it properly after the move and the crazy couple of weeks that has been!

Goals? I plan to NOT run any marathons and races and concentrate on the weights. If I look any good by mid year I might compete, but I have a LONG way to go. I'm just praying the muscle fairy will be kind to me in 2010 and deliver me some more muscles!! :lol:

20kg x8 damn nearly killed me that was a goody superset! I will steal that and use it!

Stiff legged deads: 20kg x10, 40kg x8, 50kg x8, 55kg x8 never done these before I like them!

Lying Leg curl: 25kg x8, 30kgx8, 35kg x8, 35kg x6

Calf toe press: 35kg x12, 42kg x12, 68kg x12, 72kg x12

Pooped, crawled back home and left TFB to do cardio :gunfire: :salute:

The gym is open plan and great atmosphere I'm much preferring it to LM I will just have to wait till October and make my mind up then as that's when my contract runs out.

I'm sick, (I wonder if it could be related to eating carbs? :-s :pfft: )

I have been denying I'm sick for 2 days and now I'm admitting it. I'm off to eat honey and lemon drinks.
